Hotel is located at beautiful landscape. Room is clean and nice view from the window. Dinner at the restaurant is a bit disappointed. Not as good as outside restaurant.

Hotel located near the historic center, 10 minutes on foot. Rooms furnished in a modern style, clean, with panoramic views of the Val D'Orcia and the hotel swimming pool. They have bikes for rent. Average, good breakfast buffet. I saw that you can also have dinner by reservation. Welcoming, kind and friendly.

Nice hotel, we stayed one night and I must say it was quiet. Good bed and cleanliness of the rooms. There is the possibility of dining inside and the breakfast is varied and good for all tastes. Beautiful view over the valley, unfortunately the swimming pool was still closed but I think it is very useful in the summer. There are also bicycles for those who want to go for a nice ride

I stayed for one night at the Palazzuolo hotel with my family, what can I say..... "Cold" hotel in every sense in the corridors and in the hall, a shocking cold, a hotel usually in this period should be very warm, hot = hospitality which unfortunately we did not find..... Small but very functional and warm bedrooms at least those.... Prices above average €190 for a triple room with 2 towels for the shower rather than 3 Single-dose shower shampoo 2 instead of 3 and a cot for the child not made.... Without sheets and covers, but we didn't get any discount on the final bill..... I personally will never go back there again.... Fabio

Large facility with a beautiful pool and garden. Center reachable on foot in 10-15 minutes. The hotel needs renovation starting from the furnishings of the rooms. However everything was clean and an excellent shower. Sweet and savory breakfast poorly presented and unappealing.

Spent one night in a triple occupancy room. Check in was speedy and hotel staff very nice. Nice terrace area and super lovely pool with nice views of surrounding landscape. Liked that you could order coffee, drinks, or ice cream at the pool area. Breakfast was surprisingly robust and offered a nice variety of options. The room itself was basic and perhaps slightly outdated but I already knew that based on reading reviews and to be honest i found it to be perfectly adequate. Easy parking available and the center of town is a short 10 minute walk. If you are looking for good value for your money and want a nice pool to take a dip in then this is the place for you!

Of course, a rainy and stormy evening is not the best time to visit a hotel in the Siena hills. But equally this hotel was able to give us pleasant moments. The rooms are clean, the restaurant discreet and the staff always very kind. A special mention to Cecilia and Pier Giovanni who went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. PS: have the piano set up and tuned in the living room. It's a real shame to leave it like this.

Large residence away from the center but with obsolete rooms. The reservation policy of the internal restaurant is very questionable, unwilling to accommodate customers' needs due to force majeure [in short, with a newborn we had to go out for dinner in the storm because at 6pm it was too late to book, despite having ascertained the next morning at breakfast (mediocre) which the night before the room was half empty...bah!!].
