Ho soggiornato in questo hotel con mio marito e mia figlia di 7 anni, nel fine settimana appena trascorso. Ambiente e personale molto accoglienti, praticamente è come essere a casa ...pulitissimo, cibo genuino e squisito, infinite accortezze nei confronti dei clienti . Abbiamo trascorso il Capodanno 2024 a Laceno alla Lucciola. Ci siamo trovati come a casa. Il personale di sala è stato molto attento alle nostre richieste. I pasti sono stati abbondanti e di buona qualità. Un ottimo intrattenimento musicale durante il cenone del 31 dicembre che ha saputo coinvolgere gli ospiti. La proprietaria, molto gentile e sempre presente. Ben frequentato. Il paese raggiungibile in 10' con l'auto. Unica pecca è stata: ahimè la mancanza di neve.

Sono stata al ristorante la lucciola località Laceno"Bagnoli Irpino" siamo stati accolti come in famiglia. Personale attento, professionale soprattutto educato. Il cibo buono e cucinato a momento . Che dire ci siamo deliziati da ritornare assolutamente lo consigliamo.ringrazio Ugo per avercelo fatto conoscere.

Ottimo ristorante la cucina eccellente il personale gentile sicuramente ritornerò . Anche se e stato tutto al improvviso la proprietaria ci ha stupito con l'allestimento e per completare tutto bellissima giornata sulla neve.

Non tornerò mai più in un posto come quetso dove non c'è il minimo ripsetto del cliente. Chiedo un sediolone per il bimbo (1 anno e mezzo) , che arriva sporco... Ordiniamo e dopo più di un'ora e mezza ci è stato servito solo uno dei deu antipasti richiesti e, deo gratias, il piatto di penne al pomodoro per il bimbo di 6 anni. Mentre attendiamo, invano, l'arrivo almeno delle patatine fritte per i bambini, tale difficilissima portata viene servita ad altri clienti arrivati dopo di noi. Chiediamo lumi...e continuiamo ad essere ignorati. Gli impobabili e improvvisati camerieri si affannano senza concludere nulla. Intanto, senza alcun ordine di arrivo, vengono serbiti piatti uguali a quelli da noi ordinati, un po' qua e un po' là... Noi, che ancora aspettavamo un anitpasto, cominciamo a capire che dei secondi non vedremo nemmeno l'ombra... I camerieri (....) non sanno dirci nulla... Arrivati alla cassa per pagare il lauto pasto della vergogna, ci viene calcolato anche il coperto del piccolo (che non ha mangiato e non ha usato stoviglie....). nemmeno una scusa!!!! Nemmeno un cenno di vergogna...Solo uno scaricabarile da uno pseudo-cameriere ad un altro...E alla cassa nessuna scusa...Significa che è loro abitudine trattare così i clienti (ps: uguali lamentele provenivano anche da altri sfortunati tavoli...)

Siamo state ospiti di questa struttura per fare un escursione sul lago Laceno , ma siamo rimaste davvero deluse. L’albergo è rimasto fermo agi anni 70 ,termosifoni accesi ma non riuscivano a riscaldare, bagno freddo fare la doccia è stata una impresa, biancheria sporca, spifferi da tutte le finestre, niente tv , Wi-Fi niente, impossibilità di comunicare con la reception. Per non parlare del cibo la qualità davvero scadente , a colazione abbiamo chiesto del pane tostato (aveva il sapore della carne arrosto , era stato cotto sulla stessa griglia)😤, il latte vegetale era latte intero freddo. Lo sconsiglio vivamente.

Festa di 18 anni di mia figlia Molto soddisfatto della cucina, cibo ottimo e sfizioso , personale educato e gentile sempre pronto a soddisfare le nostre necessità nonostante la Domenica di folla e confusione..
