Everything in one building for complete relaxation is exactly what I experienced. Spotless clean bathroom/room, a very comfortable bed, also, tea and coffee. Restaurant and lounge bar facilities within walking distance from rooms.

Stayed in Premier Inns all over the country with work and leisure, so we already had the normal expectations of the standards offered by Premier Inn. Room was comfortable, quiet and the temperature was acceptable. Service from the staff was very good, polite and courteous.

Lots of parking, decent room sizes. On this occasion, I was in one of the 2nd level rooms in the main house. The room was spacious. The only concern is no lift and a very narrow staircase to the 2nd floor. View of the cricket field at the rear. Although the timber (whatever it is) above the window was broken and rotten!! It didn't affect the room but just poor maintenance.

Stayed here for two nights while we were visiting Legoland, about 15 minutes away. I thought it was excellent value for Easter weekend - we paid a little under £100 for accommodation (plus breakfast on top which is good value as kids eat free). Beds were very comfy, the room was quiet. It is an older hotel and looks a little tired but is clean and welcoming. Family rooms really are quite tight for space - it’s Ok when your kids are small like ours but I think we will soon outgrow Premier Inn as essentially you might as well all be sleeping in one bed! Staff in the adjoining Beefeater were lovely, food was OK - cheap and convenient. I’d stay here again if we were in the area.

Our room was very clean, staff at reception and in the bar area friendly and helpful. It was great value for money and very quiet considering it’s right on a main room it had two sets of glazing to keep the sound down. I would definitely stay again and great location for anyone going to Legoland or going into London

I stayed here for a training course nearby on two separate weekends in March. To be honest it is probably the oldest Premier Inn I've experienced and a bit shabby but very clean and the staff were all lovely and friendly. I was very pleased to be greeted by a lovely human receptionist to check me in, unlike some other Premier Inns that only have automated check in available. The parking is really convenient, right outside the hotel. The adjoining Beefeater was very convenient and as a solo female eating alone I felt quite comfortable there. The main problem I encountered was that it was so cold in bothe the rooms I stayed in. The only heating in the rooms was an old very ineffective electric heater in the corner of the room which took hours to have much effect. I had to wear my coat while I was in the room. That was in March so unfortunately I would really hesitate to stay there during the winter unless they sort out the heating system. The other issue was the free wifi was really weak. It took a few minutes just to open an email sometimes and I couldn't play any videos. You can pay to upgrade to a better wifi but nowadays I feel it that standard wifi should at least allow you to open emails quickly and play music or a simple video.

We needed a bed for the night which was comfy and at a good location. The hotel was clean, the reception staff friendly and helpful, and the twin single beds are a huge improvement on the previous double and sofa bed option.

Everything else was very standard premier inn and what you’d expect, no complaints. However what my review is about is the tiny family room, so tiny that me, hubby and 2 boys essentially slept in 1 big bed! There was no gap between the beds at all. We weren’t expecting space but thought husband would at least be able to get into his side of the bed. It’s so cramped the hotel even had to remove the bedside table as there wasn’t room for it! This surely was not a family room rather a double that they chucked together and squeezed the bed in this resulted in an absolutely appalling first night sleep which therefore ruined our day at Legoland followed by a second not great night sleep!

Friendly and helpful receptionist offered useful advice and answered all my questions. The room was comfortable and nicely heated upon arrival. The usual tea & coffee making facilities, USB charging port above the bedside table and an HDMI port on the desk for what I assume will take an Amazon Firestick or similar. There is free WiFi but the bandwidth is limited; web browsing is OK but streaming, audio and video calls are affected. If you need these services, there are PAYG options available. The bed was excellent, very comfortable. Overall an enjoyable experience.
