Well sized room. In-house restaurant, sufficient breakfast buffet. If you love coffee for breakfast stick with tea…

Convenient wifi access, no water refill. But you can get water refill at cafeteria. No toilet paper refill. But with very friendly and welcoming staff. They attend to your needs immediately.

Great service from the hotel staff. They provided ironing amenities and blower upon request. I even called at 5am to ask for toiletries and dental care on our last day and they were able to provide. The premises was clean and the location is out from the city but there’s a lot of taxis passing by so it’s not hard to go to the city. From our room I had a view of the sunrise.

Booked 3 rooms for me and my family. The location was somehow far from the center, and the parking space was quite small. Nevertheless, the staff was really welcoming and accommodating, the rooms were spacious and clean. The lobby on the 2nd floor was great for working and chilling. Will recommend to friends and relatives who’s visiting Baguio with their own transportation as taxi is quite expensive.

Before checking in, I was told that the room I reserved did not have air conditioning, and that I could be upgraded to a room with air conditioning, and that I would have to pay extra for that. I had no choice but to stay in a room without air conditioning. It was awful.

This is our 3rd time to stay in this hotel. First was in 2023 and then in 2024. Sadly, it has changed for the worse probably due to cost cutting. The bathroom smelled bad, the towels were old, they no longer have soap in the sink. The bed sheet and blanket felt dirty. The food for the breakfast buffet tasted bland. There is one thing I remember distinctly in 2023 and 2024, their coffee was great. In fact, one of the best I have tasted. Now, their coffee sucks (again due to cost cutting). I remember I used to see smiles on the faces of the staff but now most of them appear indifferent. I hope management acts on these and bring back the glory days of this hotel.

This was recommended to my husband. So instead of luxury hotels in Baguio, we decided to try this since they have the Platinum suite (2 bedrooms) that was great to accommodate 6 pax. With the friendly reservation staff Ms Mirz, I was excited. However, to my extreme disappointment, albeit good thing I was well prepared for COVID-19 IPC practices (UV lights, Chlorox wipes and Lysol spray), the room was so DIRTY (as in!!! The floor was sticky!!!). I mopped the floors with lysol solution personally, you can see the dirt. The glass mirror was wiped and consumed a bottle of 80pcs wipes. The granite top was dirt black!!! The worst thing, despite those findings, I did not voice out my frustrations and tolerated. However, on our second day, worst buffet breakfast ever! I reserved 6 am for the table we used the first day. And because, I saw a table with reservations prior. When we went to Hoka Brew, the personnel said, that there was no call with a very rude cashier girl infront of us. Worst front desk personnel DAVID (or trainee) when I called the attention and have the appropriate actions, he lied many times telling us that no manager on duty and he even doesn’t know the management office. He told us that the Hoka Brew management (under the same management of the hotel, not a concessionaire) was not responding to any of his calls. My husband even talked to the owner Ms Mel Marquez. Nevertheless, we will NOT definitely go back with all the WORST experiences.

Don’t book in this hotel if you value your money and time. Had the worst experience in this hotel. 1. Check in was suppose to be 2pm but was checked in at 4:30. They lied when they told us that they were still cleaning the room. Upon checkin in, the room was covered in dust. 2. Breakfast choice was less than 10 but in reality they only have 1 or 2 choice available. The worst part? They’ll make you wait for 1 hour for a freaking omelette. 3. Hot and cold shower doesn’t function. It’s either hot as hell or freezing cold. 4. Parking attendant at night was freaking rude. 5. Staff at the restaurant kept on saying “wait lang” when you ask something. You’ll have to ask at least 5 times before they give you something. 6. Bathroom fixtures are broken, Shower head was spraying all over the place, Toilet has black stains and bathroom tiles have molds. Eww 7. Room smelled like mold particularly coming from the bathroom. 8. To top everything up, they’ll extort you with money. They blamed our dog for the scratches in the door which looked very old. Our dog was with us the whole time and the only time we left her alone, we always put her in the cage. They asked for 2,000 pesos for the damages and when we refused to pay? They threatened to call the police. The funny thing is they kept changing their story the whole time. They claimed they heard the scratches on our 3rd day, when we told them we aren't around the whole day that day, they changed it to our 2nd day. I was asking for a report but all they can provide was hearsay. They also told us that we were the only ones that checked in to that room with a dog, and a few moments later they found out that someone previously checked in with a dog. They can’t even keep their facts straight. This hotel is a joke and a waste of money

A find this hotel amazing because they promote the heritage of Baguio, and its artists. Experience wise there are of course good and bad. Good: 1. The staff in the reception are very welcoming and provided complete details for our stay. 2. The lobby’s are clean thank you to kuya. 3. The overall interior of the Hotel is excellent. 4. Free shuttle going to the bus station. Bad: (HOKA BREW) 1. During our dinner we got a dirty utensils. (There is a rice on the middle of the fork. YUCK) 2. Before serving our plates, the staff wiped our plates with her hands. (YUCK) 3. We had to get our food from the counter because no one is around to serve it. Sus. 4. The waiter that served us was on a rush. Almost leaving while we are ordering. (We were asking few questions, she was very cold lol) 5. The kitchen was very visible from the customers. And I saw this one kitchen guy who sneezed without any protection/face mask, and wiped his nose then continued cooking. (Sobrang dugyot) Overall. I find this hotel nice really but the staff really needs retraining. (Customer service and food safety)
