Cielito Hotel appears to be quite old and in need of updates. The room lacked basic amenities such as a toothbrush and slippers, which are usually expected at this price point. Drinking water was not provided in the room, and guests had to get water from a dispenser located in the hallway, which was inconvenient.
The room also felt dark and poorly lit, making it less comfortable. My biggest concern was the bathroom privacy. The toilet window faces the parking area and is see-through enough that people outside may be able to see inside, which made me feel uncomfortable.
Overall, the hotel has a convenient location, but the lack of amenities, outdated facilities, and privacy concerns made the stay disappointing and not a good value for the price paid.
