Simple room, no fridge, doesn't provide drinking water. There's a hot drinking water on the ground floor. The room needs further cleaning, there are spider webs on the ceiling. The wall in the room looks dirty, needs painting. I stayed on the 1st floor and I can hear the sound of the pouring rain, very loud. The location is good with many eateries within walking distance and the staffs are friendly.

A beautiful room but could be further improved. It obviously looks incomplete to me. What is with the blind instead of curtains? Curtains will make the room more vibrant and elegant. How about installing carpet on the floor to make the room look more pleasing. Family room especially. Not all the guests likes to walk on tiles when in a room. Hot water is provided outside the room but I don't see any glasses, drink packets of tea/coffee. So I am wondering what is it for? However, I like the idea of ironing your clothes on Level 2 and drying your hair on Level 1 outside the room. Hunting for food was easy as there were many cafes/restaurants nearby but the weakness point is its a bit far from town.

Or an adult of 2 with 1- 2 kids below 12 years of age.This is considered fully furnished soho apartment with TV,air-conditioning, washing machine, gas & cooking.Rented to one individual or one family.Not for sharing with others.We provide all the linens, towels,& necessary tissue papers.Good for short or long stay for 1-2 weeks or a month.Good for tourists who like to stay longer with budget prrice.We have special rate discount for longer stay & the rates can be negotiated. We have 2 rooms one with queen bed for 1-2 persons.We have 2 nd room with 2 mattress with pillows & liliens with air-conditioning too.So should not mind to do flooring.Not far from city centre & all the important places could be reached easily.We also can provide car rental services for the guests if booked beforehand.We provide all the cleaning materials for the period of stay.We do not provide daily cleansing services during the stay.Guests have to do their own just like their own home.Our homestay just been renovated.We welcome to all our incoming guests.

We stayed here for 5 nights and had a very pleasant stay. The owner was lovely and very helpful, it’s a bright, clean, well run place. Very close to town. 60R per night for a clean and good sized double room (without windows or bathroom). The shared bathroom was clean and in good working order but a standard Asian set up with toilet paper outside the cubicles, no soap by sinks etc and takes a little getting used to but otherwise no complaints.

Great boutique hotel in the heart of Kuching City. Cosy and friendly. Great breakfast at the Pipe. Free wifi, worth for value. Free shuttle to airport. Bicycle rental available or you can walk to Waterfront and attraction places within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance. Ample parking spaces available.

This is a very new hotel. The room is very clean and has no peculiar smell. The location is also very good. There is a supermarket and a newly opened food center near the center. There is also a newly opened restaurant in the hotel, so it is very convenient to stay here. I will stay here next time. Come again.

Wana try local food?? just cross the road, plenty place for food and beverage ☕️. Plenty choices,variety and cheap! Overall..5 stars 🌟 🤩 ✨️ for location, price and service. Well done!
