I booked this hotel and cancelled afterward i know the hotel very far from the ktm gemas station.Anyway,the hotel didnt do refunded to my booking.

Worst ever hotel. No heater . And said its tripped and when checked they even no wire connection. When asked bout change the room they said room fulled.They lied bout it.still got many room empty .Room also smelly. Management please do something. And dont eat duit Haram by lying . Waste of my money.
