前台服務很好，入住退房都很快，早餐還好，中規中矩，乾淨整潔。距離火車站非常近，交通方便，床品很舒適，很好的體驗。

爸媽臨時在白城轉車，幫他們定的漢庭，爸媽反饋説環境很不錯，前台服務人員態度也很好，讓他們在倒車的一晚上，休息的很不錯。特別是酒店的餐廳服務到位，因為他們一早的火車，餐廳還沒開，和餐廳打了聲招呼，就先吃了一些粥、雞蛋之類，酒店離火車站很近，很方便。
