This is a motel not a hotel! The pictures of the room showan updated room not theonesthey adding to******* clients. Disappointed.
There was food in the mini fridge from the previous occupants.

En arrivant à l’hôtel Hauterive on nous a attribué une chambre au motel le Boréal qui se situe à 500 mètres. Nous avons demandé un chambre à l’hôtel Hauterive tel que le mentionnait notre réservation faite avec ******* mais sans succès.

La personne à l'accueil ne connaissais pas l'astuce pour ouvrir la porte de la chambre. Après trois essais et 15 minutes plus tard elle a appeler un support technique qui a réglé le problème qui semble le même pour l'ensemble des portes. Dans la soirée, la même personne n'a pas été capable de transférer un appel téléphonique a ma chambre. Elle ne savais comment faire.

Chambre très propre et bien équipée (frigidaire, micro-ondes, télé et salle de bain complète) . Acces direct par l’extérieur. Les chambres auraient besoin de rénovation car les chambres sont vieillottes. Pour un séjour de passage c’est correcte. Je recommande ce motel.
