Un séjour extraordinaire, et une expérience exceptionnelle au restaurant le Bercail ainsi qu'à l'espace thermal. Cependant, seul commentaire constructif, le déjeuner au restaurant "Les labours" a été plus que décevant, mettant un petit bémol à ce merveilleux 24 heures dans cet hôtel incroyable. Ce restaurant n'est pas digne de la réputation de l'hôtel Le Germain.

Magnifique hôtel confortable avec un excellent service à la clientèle. La chambre était confortable et très propre. Tout est parfait de l'accueil au départ. Nous recommandons fortement Le Germain Charlevoix. Nous avons aussi mangé au restaurant Le Bercail où service était chaleureux et la nourriture très bonne

Chaque année, nous avons la chance d'aller dans ce magnifique hôtel 2 à 3 fois par an. l'hôtel est magnifique sur un lieu d'exception. les 2 restaurants sont toujours très bons avec un excellent service. les chambres sont bien tenues. Seuls bémols : -1- À nouveau, le service du ménage aux chambres qui est aléatoire, chambre non faite à 17h : deuxième fois que l'on vit cela. -2- À nouveau, on se demande à quoi sert le service de la conciergerie, on fait des réservations pour le spa ...et au final on oublie de nous donner les 2 billets pour y aller. -3- l’accueil à la réception est efficace et courtois -4- petit bémol au niveau de la réservation par forfaits, pas simple et pas flexible pour ajouter par exemple sur un forfait un autre forfait. Il faudrait peut-être revoir cela. Car sinon on est obligé de revenir à l'acceuil. On y revient ? = OUI , mais il faudrait savoir évoluer, maintenir un niveau de service offerts dans le passé ....surtout quand pas loin il y a le Cub Med.
