Hotel President

This is rated a 4 star hotel , accomodation is wonderful room in general is 4 star , also clean I liked the pools ,the indoor pool , they have an aquapark and 3 outdoors pools and one indoor. I m am introvert and I liked the indoor pool because I was alone . The pools have thermal water I didnt like the food in general it is cheep with a bad chef for a romanian 4 star hotel food is bad and greasy and lack of variation.

Reception staff excellent. Restaurant staff not trained. Medical staff excellent. Free parking, swimming pool bar staff in the middle. Location quite but 10 min walk to the village. Overall, my personal experience should be 8, but because of Restaurant staff, will be 6. I forgot about rooms. The best,large room, large bathroom, balcony,excellent. Thanks hotel president hotel. Cleaning staff, very poor,even if you give every day 10 lei. Thanks

The hotel has decent rooms but the cleanliness leaves a bit to be desired. The restaurant seems to be a better canteen although the food is just like a canteen. The best quality of the hotel seems to be the outdoor swimming pool with thermal water and the proximity to the complex with thermal waters and many attractions.

Nice termal water, good pools. And thats it. Good hotel, but extremly crowded despite of relatively poor services, not quite 4 stars at all, but bearable. But the restaurant, despite of being built and organized for four stars is max two stars. Basic self service food-court or company cafeteria style ( all you can eat style), no or poor services, cheap drinks, same meal for lunch and dinner, less that 3 stars hotel breakfast. I am a returning client of the hotel, almost every year for 15 years now, but this one very easy could be my last one. Not even in the Covid period have I found this small disaster in their 4 star restaurant. If you came all inclussive style, you have very few options for meal, basicly just the self service. In the attached foto you can see a dead crane fly which lays for three days on the entrance door of my hotel room. I wonder how will be their services in their five star hotel just started to build....

First of all - cockroaches in rooms !!!! I made a video with one in our bathroom. That is unacceptable !!! We spoke at the reception, they said they know (!!!) and they sprayed through our rooms but with zero effect, in the second day, the cockroaches was there !!! Second - the food is bad, no tasty !

We staid in the renovated part of the hotel. The room was looking ok but not clean. The couch was full of crisps so clearly nor clean properly. We ask for a cot in advanced but was not in our room and the staff said that the maid has gone home and is not possible to help us… the hotel has now pool with normal water for the kids. Our children are small for the thermal water (1 year and 3). There is no specification on the website that they have just thermal water pools even for kids. Of you are with a stroller is hard to manage because the ramps that go to the pool for example is very very steep. One person can’t manage to go alone. The meals are very bad. Bad ingredients and greasy and mostly just meat. Of you what to go to the gym is very complicated yo get the keys and so on. I don’t recommend this hotel because is not cheap and the facilities are not at the 4* standard.

I went to the hotel around Romania's national day. I had a pretty good package, but quite expensive. 1. The rooms are large, have a balcony (where we stayed), the heat is very good, a large bathroom, TV with DIGI programs. Weak Wi-Fi. 2. I had 3 meals a day, good food, lots of food, mostly tasty. 3. The hotel pools are very good in depth, length, etc., and the water is changed daily. 4. The aqua park is a hoax, because it is very crowded, allowing those outside the resort to enter. It did not seem to me, in these conditions, that it would be a facility for guests, but rather a risk. 5. The staff is friendly, with 2-3 exceptions, but they are sensitive to comments.

An "Aquapark" with miserable and crowded pools. They called it "Aquapark" but it is actually a pool with small pools for treatment. The hotel is rated 4 stars but is worth a maximum of 3. Breakfast… pathetic buffet with the cheapest possible products. At lunch and dinner they have the option of all inclusive… but far from what this concept means. In 2022, they do not have signal and internet coverage in certain areas, especially in swimming pools.
