When we arrived at the property 4:00PM the cleaner was still there. He left without cleaning the showers or all the floors/carpeting.The primary bedroom doors do not have screens so we were not able to keep the doors open. The most challenging was the driveway. When we arrived there was erosion which created a gap filled with rocks and mud making it difficult to enter the driveway. It only got worse with the rain which created more rocks and debris making it much worse. We did contact the host (who was terrific) however, the issue was never addressed. We were at the property for 2 months. Overall, this beautiful property and location is outstanding and we absolutely loved and enjoyed our stay!

We were asked to leave 250 in cash, check, or Venmo, when we left the property. I believe the cleaning fee should be included in the price of the rental. Leaving cash or check after the fact means they don’t have to pay taxes. That seems like a lot to ask of renters.

House was perfect for my husband and me. Beautiful views from the living room and kitchen and primary bedroom. Primary bath was lovely. We appreciated being able to use the garage.

House was as described. Had beautiful views, was big and open, and had plenty of space to spread out. The outside deck offered a great space to enjoy a morning coffee listening to the birds and watching deer. We had a couple of issues while staying but the property manager was quick to respond.

Beautiful and Clean We had a group of friends who stayed for a weekend getaway. It is a beautiful home with stunning views. The house was very clean and had a good layout for group hangouts. Easy to get to from Denver. We will stay here again!
