Resorts World Bimini

Became sick on way there. They will not refund my money

We decided to go to Bimini for a day trip and while on board we bought the day pass for the resort. The resort was beautiful. It was super clean and the staff were amazing. Ms. Deborah at the restaurant was phenomenal. She went above and beyond and every dish she recommended was so delicious. Even though the food was a tad bit pricey it was worth every penny.

Stayed at the resort a few years ago, there is clearly improvement since then in service level, food and maintenance. We were 4 adults and 2 small children and we really enjoyed the 3 days at the resort. We used the seaplane to get to the island and this itself was a very nice experience, and convenient. We had the rooms on the ground floor with access right out to the pool, we could hang around there while the kids were sleeping in the room just next by. We had some minor maintenance issues in one of the room but it was attended to very quickly ones we informed the reception. The food was very good both in the main restaurant and the Asian. Would have been nice to have the Asian restaurant located on the top floor with a view instead of by the lobby though. One day we went out fishing and got some Yellow Eyesnapper, we brought it to the Chef and he prepared it for us, it was amazingly good. Drinks at the bar behind reception were professionally made with fresh ingredients and you could tell the bartenders knew what they were doing (speaking from a former bartender). One day we had a cabana at the Beach Club, the beach was shared with a Celebrity ship guests that was visiting for the day. The beach club is big and nicely planned, the beach is clean and the water is absolutely beautiful. The service at the beach club was good with nice and attentive staff, similar as in the hotel. We had a golf cart to take us around the island which is the way to go if you want to explore beyond the resort. We truly enjoyed our stay.

We received top notch help from our travel manager Dilaila Ramos from beginning to end. The hotel was exceptionally, clean and beautiful and quite honestly for the level of the experience, location and the overall hotel they could easily have charged double the price per night. The rooms are updated with a great view of the ocean.

Our Bimini vacation was from March 29 to April 5, 2026 and stay at Bimini World Resort. Its a too big name for that dirty property. Our rooms had stinky bathrooms with dirty floors. We call for cleaning service and do not work. So with go to the market and buy clorox to clean our rooms. All carpet hallways are very dirty, like never been cleaned. The food, restaurants are terrible, food and service was bad and expensive. The employees are without any interest to serve, are slow and selfless. We think that was the reason that Hilton go away that place. The Beach Club, in one week, they close the Club for hotel guests on 3 different days on one week, because Virgin Cruise people reserve all facilities. When you make the reservation, any body advise you this so we need to rent a golf cart to go out Resort to another public beaches through Bimini. The days we go to the Beach Club, any body comes to us to offer for drinks or food. Terrible service at all areas of the Resort. We will never came back to this bad named "Resort". Bimini its a beautiful island and deserve a best location to stay.

First I should say the staff are very friendly. The facility however definitely needs new management. The AC did not work properly in MANY rooms including ours. The chairs and grounds were dirty and not well kept at all. Everything was overpriced

Fantastic family stay at Resorts World Bimini! We were there celebrating my niece’s 13th birthday, and the pool was the highlight—especially for the kids. Huge shoutout to Chez, the pool beverage manager, who made amazing frozen drinks the kids loved and brought great energy and conversation every day. He really made our experience special. Also appreciated the excellent service from the Mel at the Sushi and Kavon at the front desk/entertainment area, both were friendly and accommodating. Great atmosphere, great staff, and very family-friendly. We’ll definitely be back!
