A great experience to start with Park Hyatt Changbaishan prior to winter season. The room was delicates and They keep replenishing water and keep you hydrated. Many thanks for Charles who communicated and arrange shuttle, share tips here for us before the journey, due to language barrier, we were really concerned about it, the check in service of Linda was very considered. She provided us the activity package and we have been enjoy it for those day. Winni was kind enough to meet our needs. But the facilities was old so it needs lots of maintenance works on it. Last but not the least. Thank you all for the hospitality service and make our journey feel like home

This is a fantastic hotel to stay at whilst skiing in Changbaishan. With it’s own ski hire desk and the cost of hire and you ski pass included in the rate (this is not well advertised), all you need to do is grab your gear and take a few steps out to the lifts. The hotel itself is huge and the rooms well presented. There are good food options in the hotel and the small town, just outside the door, has a good few more. The breakfast buffet was really good with a wide choice for everyone. We did not sample the restaurants in the hotel though. Only small let down was the slight end of season feel when we were there. We had club access but there was a reluctance to keep restocking the beer and wine as it was used up. Not the end of the world but it was frustrating when there was a group of us wanting to enjoy a few apres-ski drinks. There is also an outdoor pool which was lacking in heat on a couple of occasions, not sure if this was because they perceived it was quiet and not being regularly used. These were relatively minor grips though. The staff were very friendly and helpful and all in all would be very happy to return.

It was a great experience to stay at Jinhua Hotel. The room was clean and tidy. The lady at the front desk, Bao Jing, was very considerate. She had a perfect smile and answered all our questions. She gave us a view of the Wanda Ski Resort from the window on the high floor and also gave us skin care products for après skiing. There are also fruits to eat, which is great ~ Jinhua is only a 2-minute walk from the ski resort and the pedestrian street is also close. The hotel's breakfast is rich and delicious😊 It's a very good experience. If you plan to come to Wanda, I highly recommend Jinhua Hua Resort Hotel~praise Miss Bao Jing again~

So if you are coming here, you are going to Wanda Ski Resort. There are so many many hotels in the area that it really doesn't matter so much which one you pick. Holiday Inn is one of the furthest away from the resort, but the price reflects this. However, it is still only a 10-15min walk (even when it's cold and icy) from the resort. The hotel is busy, there will be wait for the front desk, this is why service got 4/5, but the actual information from staff was okay (no English though so god bless my Chinese partner) The hotel has a mini cinema, a restaurant and access to the ski slopes. You can hire ski's, snowboards along with all the boots and clothing required so you don't need to worry about that. In the hotel is the rental place, you rent your gear and you simply walk out of the hotel and you are at the ski slopes. Please note this is NOT the same 10min walk to Wanda ski resort, the hotel has its own access to the mountain and you use that. The restaurant is fine and breakfast was a buffet with mainly Chinese but some western stuff too. The room, it's not large, but not cramped. Very warm, we even needed the windows open at -40C outside to avoid being too hot. There is a mini supermarket in the hotel, but a better 24 hour store across the road. I think for the money paid compared to other hotels, its very good value. Maybe other hotels have bigger rooms or more restaurants, but as every hotel is next to each other, I wouldn't bother paying more to get one closer to the resort as you can save thousands of RMB for a 1 min walk. And as most of your time will be spent in Wanda ski resort, you won't be in your room much. I doubt I would return to Changbaishan / Wanda Ski resort as an area, but if I did, then as long as the value was still there, Holiday Inn Express is a good enough choice

Just stayed in Westin changbai for a few nights. it's my first time to visit changbai mountain and almost my first time to the Northeast part of china. no idea how to plan the trip to tianchi and other tourist attraction places, and no idea how to arrange the local restaurants etc felt so blessed that Westin staff guide me so much! say taxi, say local food with discount. I even can call them for help when we were in the mountain! especially I would give thanks to **铭and 许悦!

we are a foreign family travels for 2 days in this hotel. this is very nice hotel with Lucia’s great & kind service for us. we really appreciate this hotel’s living condition and would love to live in here next time when we come to travel again. 我们是一家外籍家庭，2天度假期间在本酒店入住。酒店前台Lucia为我们提供了优质友好的服务，我们非常喜欢这家酒店的住宿。下次来旅行时，我们仍倾向于选择这家酒店入住。

1️⃣The hotel has the rights to skiing, hot springs, and water parks. Behind the hotel is the Guosong Ski Resort, which can be skied in and out. It is very convenient. Of course, if you want to go to a larger town ski center, the hotel has a free shuttle bus every half an hour. , very convenient. Comparatively speaking, if you are a novice, it is better to have fewer people in Guosong. 2️⃣The hotel facilities are quite satisfactory, it is a star-rated hotel, all non-smoking. If you smoke, be sure to smoke at the door. One-stop service, the professional consultant Manager Liu is also very enthusiastic. He will inform you in time when the Western Slope Rafting and Tianchi are open, and you can find a car in a timely manner. 3️⃣The most cost-effective hotel in the resort. You can walk to Guosong Village to eat barbecue. Free skiing tickets for two adults and one child, and free tickets for two people to Halla Mountain Hot Spring. There are too many hot springs during the Spring Festival and winter, so it’s best to avoid this time! 4️⃣I am very satisfied with this trip. It was very convenient to stay during the Spring Festival!

Resort was crowded & Hotel is kind of old, bed not that comfortable but the housekeeping team did a good job. Room was clean & 保洁阿姨very generous with the bottle water. Thank you so much. Front desk reception Vito 小弟very helpful & friendly. Patiently helped me to call up & arrange for me to go to the restaurant I want to go. I couldn’t call my 出租车师傅from room & Vito immediately call him for me & even helped me to add 微信. Breakfast was average. But the western food restaurant at hotel level 1 was not bad. The minus point was, very difficult in fact not possible to use hotel wifi if you do not have 微信. My children were very upset over this because this is the first time they cannot direct connect wifi in a 4-5 star hotel. Restaurants inside the resort nothing great & not cheap. Preferred to take taxi to go outside to eat. Tip:- try calling restaurants that were less than 2km away. Most of the time they can send their driver to pick you up to their restaurant & send you back after that.

Contact the hotel one day in advance for pick-up and drop-off from Changbai Mountain Airport. The hotel is very close to the Changbai Mountain West Scenic Area Visitor Center and is very convenient. The front desk service attitude is also very good. There is an open space next to the room where we stayed. The snow is 20 to 30 centimeters thick and there are people building it. You can play in the snow in the igloo. The hygiene of the room is also very good. It is not cold to take a shower. There is a heater in the room. I will continue to choose it next time I come to Changbai Mountain.

The room is very characteristic of the mountains and forests, with one bedroom and one living room, making it feel like home. But I still have to say that there is a fly in the ointment. Because there are woods all around, there are a lot of bugs, big and small, and there is no landline in the guest room to call the front desk (this is also the first time that there is no landline in the guest room...), so every time I see bugs, I have to run to the front desk to ask the aunt to use an electric mosquito swatter. Come and shoot. The capacity of the water heater seems to be insufficient. Halfway through washing my hair (about 15 minutes), the water turns cold... If it is winter, I will definitely catch a cold. The elevator broke down once. It stopped on the second floor and couldn't get to the third floor. The hotel's wireless signal is very poor and the breakfast is mediocre. The lady at the front desk didn't seem to be familiar with the business, so she asked them to call a taxi number for help. They didn't know the phone number, so they had to call 114 to check.
