This place is my go to because the owners/investors are present and on top of things and want the place to have a high end esthetic and energy, like with the menu and live music. I get the impression there are always enough people to staff the place efficiently and the beach club has been a huge benefit. The only thing I’ve noticed is the workers love to pass the buck or ignore thats you're waiting. For service. there is no way for the managers know unless they really listen to how the interactions are going. I hope they do this sooner than later. It’s seems amusing to the staffers but is painful as a patron to have to negotiate every time you have a need. Some of the employees are great though. They just do all the work for the people that pass the buck

it is nice location near by milky beach, mango deck etc. specially conciege teams (bellboys) are so kind and has hip stylish restruant. Frontdesk steff are decent as reply what i asked only (lately knew that have own beach with cart service & water or coffee in room is not complementary)

Bahia has been our go to place for years. The minute you pull in you are greeted as family. The location can not be beat. Whatever you need is within walking distance or short Uber/Taxi ride. Make sure to visit SUR Beach which is an extension of Bahia. Look forward to going back soon!!!

Stayed pool side jacuzzi room. Very nice. Walking distance to the beach. Staff was helpful with getting excursions. Do not recommend their pick up service.

We stayed 5 nights at Bahia for both our Honeymoon and my husbands 40th Birthday. The staff were friendly and super attentive. The rooms and facilities were pristine. They helped us organise activities and had a dedicated 'Butler' we could text or call as needed for any requests during our stay (Dustin - what a guy thank you!). We went to the Beach house and enjoyed the amazing food and drinks both there and at the hotel. We treated ourselves to the Chef's Dining experience and were so delighted to chat to the head chef and Sommelier who curated the entire menu to our taste - they nailed it. They were passionate and obviously loved working at this place which was so heart warming to see and listen to! Everything was detailed and nothing was a trouble for them. If it weren't for the 24 hours of travel I'd be planning another trip very soon!

My wife and I just returned from a remarkable trip to Cabo. At the heart of our enjoyment was the Bahia Hotel. We have stayed all over Cabo but have decided that Bahia is our favorite and we will plan all our future visits to the Bahia. When we arrived the gentlemen at the front of the hotel greeted us like we were family returning home. Cristen and Dustin both seemed to remember us from previous visits to Cabo and really made the difference for us on how enjoyable our trip was and they are the main reason we will return. It can be really hard to find good service and I think when you find it its worth recognizing. We also love the Bahia because of the house restaurant Bar Esquina which we enjoy for breakfast and dinner. We also love the in house coffee bar and the Sur beach club. Congratulations to the hotel and all of the staff who make the Bahia Hotel a memorable and enjoyable visit for all of their guests.

My friends and I recently stayed at Bahia Hotel in Cabo for a birthday/girls trip, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality by the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment throughout our stay.
One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel's exquisite restaurants. The included American breakfast was delicious, featuring eggs, potatoes, and a breakfast meat. Additionally, everything else on the menu was 50 percent off, including drinks, which was a great deal. The staff at the restaurants were incredibly accommodating, providing excellent service and making sure we had everything we needed.
The staff's attentiveness was especially evident when our group needed immediate assistance in a situation. They were quick to respond and help us resolve the issue, which we greatly appreciated.
The only downside to our stay was the lack of a full-sized mirror in the rooms. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall fantastic experience we had at Bahia Hotel.
Overall, our stay at Bahia Hotel was exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway in Cabo. The top-notch staff, exquisite restaurants, and comfortable accommodations made for a truly unforgettable trip.

I thought the place was clean and great location. It was a bummer the refridgerator is full with their items they want you to buy and they leave coffee and coffee maker on counter which I assumed was free but then I was charged $16 for the coffee for 3 mornings. Definitely a rip off. The breakfast you can buy when you book through ******* was not worth it. You get an American breakfast every day (2 eggs. Potatoes ,bacon or sausage and toast ). They charge you for everything else which was fine for a day or two but then we couldn’t bare to eat it again.
The gym only had 1 treadmill and 1 elliptical machine and there was a wait everyday for them.
