Super 8 by Wyndham Baker City

Please Read!! I have worked in the hotel industry for almost 19 years, the last 8 years as a Hotel General Manager It is very rare to have an exceptional experience at a Hotel with no mechanical, maintenance issues, or cleaning issues. This Hotel is in Good Hands. Every encounter with staff was positive and full of good energy. A family oriented Hotel, The staff is very attentive and made everyone feel welcome. This place is clean, safe and comfortable. From Booking on the phone with Felicia, To my Dynamic Check in and Lobby conversations with Lexy and other guests to a well maintained hot and well attended breakfast with Randi , Hands down this Hotel gives a five star service. This is Not even my Brand but it's my first choice visiting Baker City . The Coffee was fresh and always hot, and the pool warm and clean. Definitely worth the money. I give a shot out to the whole team and especially the GM. Thank you.

Grocery store across the street and Loves Gas Station next door. Staff were great and room was clean and beds comfortable. The furniture was dated and missing trim, but room came with a microwave and fridge. Lots of well lit parking.

We had a pet friendly room. However it smelled like mice and the floor was absolutely filthy! It’s a wood floor so should be easy to mop and keep clean but we had to wear socks it was so dirty and our socks were black afterward! The door to the parking lot had a huge gap in it which brought in every smell and noise and light. Also, we killed three spiders in our room in a matter of a few days. Not the best experience. Bed was alright.. not as good as the beds at quality inn baker city but they weren’t awful. Very loud room though. Walls are paper thin.

Great room for the cost. Loved the pool. Breakfast was good and it was clean!

Courteous staff, no coffee pot and hot tea. It was nice but paper thin walls. I could hear our neighbors clearly.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, pool was busy, breakfast was good. Beds were a little stiff. Could definitely use more pillows

The rooms were very clean and we loved that there was a suite option that allowed upto 6 in a room (3 queen beds). The continental breakfast had good selections. We booked it because of its location and price and would do it again. My only discomfort was my lumpy pillow but that won't stop me from returning.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly, nice and helpful. She recommended a good place to eat dinner with my family. In my room and the hotel were clean. I felt secure being on the freeway with the security cameras and the rooms that opened into a locked hallway. I would have given five stars except for the fact that our window was unlocked when we arrived. Our room was also dark and cold. It did not take long warm up, but with the window being unlocked and it being dark inside, it was not very welcoming. The pool and hot tub, were, clean and kid friendly. The breakfast was good and convenient for us.
