Great place to stay between Salt Lake City and Seattle. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was a step or 2 above advertised Continental breakfast, very clean. Leo Adler Trail starts/ends right across the street. Great for walking our dog!

Driving up I thought oh dear, this is a really old place - and it may be, but it’s carefully renovated with customer comfort in mind. Spacious rooms, a nice desk and comfy chairs. The breakfast was simple, but very nice. And the reception folks are very helpful. It still has a funky independent feel, not like many places that are corporate. I’d stay again.

We stayed here during a multi-day bicycle tour. Very helpful staff, clean updated rooms, reasonably quiet, comfortable beds, good location, short walk to downtown, tasty breakfast offerings. Highly recommend this locally-owned motel.

title pertains more to the room rate ... the outside looks to be a motel, on the dated side. there appears to be three units behind each front door. our unit had one on each side of a narrow hallway, and a third seems to be in the back. cars are parked almost right up to the windows. curtains don't blockout the sun in the morning. we booked a room with 2 queen beds. surprisingly it's two rooms separated by a door. each room has a full bathroom. rooms and bathrooms are furnished like a quality inn. breakfast is included. it is served in the reception. while the reception room is small, the hot breakfast items, a small fridge, microwave, toaster, cereal, and fruits are available. restaurants are within walking distance.

Very nice motel. We checked in late after a very long drive from Newport, Oregon and luckily the office is open until 10pm which is wonderful and very much appreciated. The room is lovely and modern (we stayed in a signature room). It includes a walk in shower, fridge, coffee machine and is very clean. Free breakfast is also offered although we have not tried this yet.

This was a great stop on our way home. The bed was very comfortable and , after camping for a month, the shower was amazing. It was within walking distance to the wonderful town of Baker City. The breakfast was much better than most motels with fresh eggs and potatoes and even cinnamon rolls. Staff was excellent. I would definitely come back.

Great value - simple, clean, carpet free, white towels, no bleach or toxic coverup smell, newly renovated room and bathroom in old fashioned motel, convenient parking right outside in quiet neighborhood. We did not have breakfast so can’t tell.

The property was really pet friendly. It is an older place that could use the refurbishing, but the bathtub was awesome and the beds were comfortable. it has a lot of potential and it was not worth $200.
