Had a comfortable stay at Hyatt Place during my business trip. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the service was commendable. However, the breakfast options could use improvement for a more satisfying start to the day.

Everything good, room clean, bedding set and towels still look new. The room's price ok and include breakfast for 6 persons. Near Gas station and mini market. Worthy for families. Will be here again 😊

Excellent accommodations. Very clean and check in was really smooth. Staff was very kind. I would recommend staying here. Very close to Cal State University of Bakersfield.

1 late night stay. Arrived approx. 11pm. Clean, large shower and nice room. Staff was friendly and professional. Woke-up earliy for breakfast. The food spread was simple but good! Checkout was easy & quick.
Note: No microwave and water not free if your not a member.
Will consider again for another stay, when visiting Bakersfield. Reservations made via *******.

The service from the staff was not great. Upon arrival we were given a room, but it was already occupied, and we had to go downstairs and get a new room. The person in the room was shcocked, and the staff handled it in an ok way but not with the appropriate apologies. Second, the breakfast was very poor and closed already at 9. We were in the middle of eating at the time, and the staff just cleaned off everything, putting up chairs etc, while we were eating. Very rude?
The place was otherwise clean and practically located.

April 27th, 2024 The power went out, then the TV, phone, internet stayed off. To occupy myself, I invited my cousins to relax by the fire with me. The patio fire place did not work and the 2nd one was preoccupied. This was a horrible experience. Bakersfield is my hometown, I was visiting my grandma, this was a stressful situation. The staff was really nice and understanding. I’ve tried calling the location 3 times since my stay. The general manager Deep never returns my phone call. It’s disheartening.
