WoodSpring Suites Bakersfield Airport

First time staying at the hotel..not bad.

We booked for four people and only had two towels One toilet paper no ironing board or iron towels were too small, very plain no coffee maker in the room

The wifi would not allow me to log in though I was registered. I attempted to use the room telephone and it was dead. Walked down to the main desk and the desk clerk and the manager were unable to help me. Then I was told to call a tech support number on my cell phone. The clerk attempted to be helpful, but the manager was of little use and I felt very invaluable as a customer. I wasted time on the phone trying to trouble shoot to get on line.Free wifi should be just that, not customers trying to trouble shoot for themselves. Managers should at least pretend to care as much about customers as they do about their 2inch fake eyelashes. All night there are people walking around. The bed frames scrape on the floor, so the people above be would move, get input out of bed and scraping noises occurred. I would not recommend nor stay at a Wood springs again!

Our stay at the WoodSpring Suites was quiet and comfortable. The lady at the front desk was very prompt in responding to our requests.

Great for the city

Took forever to check in! Beds were uncomfortable. And pillows were hard. Did not have a good stay.

Good customer service

Very comfortable room cozy and clean lots of emenities. The service was friendly and genuine. Honestly I cannot complain my overall stay was great i highly recommend this establishment.
