We were 3 friends staying at this hotel, and honestly, it was a great experience. The rooms were clean, the environment was comfortable, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
For this price, I think it’s one of the best hotels you can find. It’s a little far from the main tourist spots, but nothing major — you can easily reach them within 10 minutes by cab.
Overall, totally worth it. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at the Istanbul Gold hotel in Baku, Azerbaijan, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. While the hotel's exterior looked promising, the service inside fell short. I was assigned a different room than the one I booked, and to make matters worse, it was infested with bed bugs. Even after requesting a room change, I still found small bed bugs, which led me to suspect that the hotel wasn't changing the bedsheets, comforter, and pillowcases regularly.
Given these issues, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my friends and family. If you're planning a trip to Baku, you might want to consider other options with better reviews and ratings.
