A very nice hotel with friendly staff, clean and beautiful interiors, delicious breakfasts, and a wide selection of dishes. The hotel itself is conveniently located, close to the metro and the city center.

В этот отель заезжают группы, и качество пребывания может напрямую зависеть от этого фактора. Мне не повезло - в соседнем номере собралось 15 человек, и они шумели до трех утра. Если бы я знала, что этот отель используется для обслуживания групп, я бы точно сделала другой выбор.
Плюсы отеля:
-хорошее расположение: один из выходов метро в 100 метрах, но улица тихая, от/до остановки шаттла в аэропорт 10-12 минут, рядом большой торговый центр, рядом вокзал.
- завтраки на 6м этаже с видом на море
- завтраки неплохие: овощи, несколько горячих, каши, выпечка. Можно заказать омлет дополнительно. Есть фрукты.
- Симпатичный интерьер
- Хорошие кровати с матрасами средней жесткости и неплохие подушки, тоже довольно твердые (выбора нет)
- Хорошая сантехника, даже душевая кабина почти не текла.
- Хороший текстиль: полотенца, постельное белье -тут все ок
Минусы отеля:
- уборка. это провал. грязные стаканы, пыль по всем поверхностям, ковролин видел такое количество жидкостей, что ходить по нему босиком небезопасно, пятна грязи под холодильником, заляпанные стулья - в общем, если вам требуется что-то большее чем bed and breakfast - лучше поискать другой отель. Бонусом, уборка - это рандом. Могут зайти, могут нет. Могут доставить расходники, могут не доставить. В номере есть чашки, чай и сахар, но нет ложек. Почему? Потому.
- завтраки. можно заказать омлет, но можно его и не дождаться. Кофе из пакетиков, чай из термопота. Если вы едете на экскурсию (а 90% экскурсий из Баку начинаются до 8:00 - время начала завтрака), булку и банан вам с собой не завернут - я уточнила в первый день, и девушка на ресепшн сказала, что это невозможно.
- Если вы планируете ездить на экскурсии и узнавать страну, то тоже лучше выбрать другой отель - все экскурсии начинаются от остановок ближе к центру.
- Кондиционер. Он не работает. Точнее, работает, но не так, как надо. Если ставить его на режим охлаждения, то он будет работать на нагрев.
- Окна - не мылись с открытия отеля, как и подоконники.
В общем и целом, отель неплохой. На одну-две ночи после приезда или перед отъездом - супер. Как вариант для более длительного пребывания - точно нет. За эти деньги в Баку есть гораздо более приятные варианты для индивидуальных путешественников

We stayed 1 night in this hotel for layover from Gabala to Shahdag. Decent hotel for 3 star rooms and basic amenities with breakfast spread. Cozy stay and nothing much to mention.

My experience at this hotel was disappointing. The restaurant on the 6th floor was advertised as an open buffet, but in reality the portions were limited and we were not allowed to take freely. The reception staff struggled with English, which made communication difficult. The room I stayed in had a bad smell and was uncomfortably hot. However, I would like to mention one staff member in the restaurant, Ali, who was very kind and helpful. His service was the only positive part of my stay.

We stayed here for 4 days with my family booking two rooms while the property is amazing and staff is courteous , on first day of our check in we found the one lady who seemed like manager to be quite ride. Our credit card payment was not going through for one room though we already paid for other room and the way she talked to us seemed quite rude specially. Otherwise is recommended and would stay again but the people on front desk need a some training
