Amazon Hotel Baku

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making our stay very relaxing. What impressed us most was how family-friendly the hotel is. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and it was a great place to stay with family. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. The European-style breakfast was excellent, offering a good variety of fresh breads, pastries, cheeses, fruits, eggs, and hot beverages. It was the perfect way to start each day. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this hotel to families, couples, and anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would happily stay here again on our next visit.

The hotel location is a good 17 minutes walk from the 28may mall. The room was Good. The washroom was very small. The hotel staff are good and cooperative. The hotel need some maintenance but it was worth what we paid The swimming pool and Jim was not open.

Good and excellent

I recommend to include breakfast in the bouquet. Also you’ll be getting free massage, but as we were late so we could not take the massage but the hotel was very good. The location was very nice like in walkable distance. You can find good places to eat walk lounge etc everything are near within one to 2 km so it’s very good and also the price is very good. We got discount and trip.com with the free massage there is also pool and the gym for free in the hotel and the hotel restaurant is very good and affordable and very tasty

For the price, it's decent value, but there are a few things potential guests should know. The room had a lingering smell—not unbearable, but noticeable throughout the stay. There were also quite a few mosquitoes. The biggest issue was hot water: sometimes there was no hot water, and occasionally not even warm water. The staff explained that the hotel depends entirely on the city supply and doesn't have its own boiler system. The bed was okay for a few nights, though not the most comfortable or supportive. Another concern was security: the lock on the balcony door was broken, making it possible to access the room from neighboring balconies. One small disappointment was the advertised free massage (on foogle). It was only available during daytime hours, when I was out working, so I couldn't make use of it. Overall, I'd say the hotel offers fair value for money if you're traveling alone and mainly need a place to sleep. For a romantic trip or a family stay, I'd probably look elsewhere.

Dirty, rude staff, worst breakfast I’ve ever seen in my whole life and no tv in the room. Had to change hotel day after. Used shower gel, no shower and it’s just a shower head drilled in the bathroom wall 😂 disgusting swimming pool and sauna won’t even on. Hotel is only Good for third world country travellers with small budgets. If the hotel staff learn to smile and cleaned the building it has potential

To be honest room was very different from what has been shown in the picture, I had been there before room was better at that stay, however this time the room they provided was not good, ceilings were very low and walls were also outdated. I would prefer not to stay again. Service was great though, reception people were kind.
