Malakhan Hotel

This place is Fake don't book it!!!!!!! I booked 6 nights in this "Hotel" and when i arrived there, a guy walked with me to the reception while saying that they don't have any room free. I told him that i have booking for 6 nights and he showed me a room without window and same time telling me that i can't stay at the room because the sanitary (shower) is broken. I asked him why he didnt contact me and informed me before my arrival (it was 8 p.m. and i was tired after a long flight) and he said because some guests book and don't arrive there. He wanted to bring me to another hotel outside of the city for 1 night and bring me to the hotel the next day because the next day there would be a room available. I've already read in another review before (which i can't find anymore) that they did this to other guests as well saying that something is broken in the room and bring them to another Hotel far away. I insisted that i will Not Go to another hotel outside of the city because i have booking for this hotel and they told me i could only stay in the room without window and can't use the sanitary (toilet, shower) so i told them they have to find a solution but i'll definitely Not Go out of the city. The Guy argued with me, didnt apologized for all the circumstances they made for me and treated me in a disrespectful unfriendly way! I had to wait for a long time and then they brought me to another Hotel called "Austin Hotel" and they Said i should stay there for 1 night, check out at 12 the next day and then wait until 1 until i can check in in the hotel. This was an awful stressful start into my vacation and the best part Is that Nobody from them apologized to me and treated and spoke to me like it is my fault!!! They didnt even wanted to give me discount because of the problems and wanted me to pay for 6 nights allthough i would stay there only for 5 nights because i Had to pay the First night in the other Hotel!! I travel a lot in my life to many different countries but i never experienced something like this before!!!! All in all i booked another hotel on my own for the rest of my stay because i could not trust them again and didnt want to See their face or experience their disrespectful behavior again! Best thing you can do is avoid this "Hotel"!

They caused me heavy trouble by the extremely dishonest response of of an unilateral cancellation. I had reservced the room six months ago and had even finished paying for the accommodation, but the hotel unilaterally canceled it at the last minute. It was probably due to overbooking. I can even concede that it can happen, but their response at that time was the worst and dishonest. First, they requested me to cancel the reservation from my end, and when I refused, they unilaterally notified the travel agent I had booked with that it was canceled due to my circumstances. Even now, there was no clear response regarding the accommodation fee that I had already paid.
