They caused me heavy trouble by the extremely dishonest response of of an unilateral cancellation. I had reservced the room six months ago and had even finished paying for the accommodation, but the hotel unilaterally canceled it at the last minute. It was probably due to overbooking. I can even concede that it can happen, but their response at that time was the worst and dishonest. First, they requested me to cancel the reservation from my end, and when I refused, they unilaterally notified the travel agent I had booked with that it was canceled due to my circumstances. Even now, there was no clear response regarding the accommodation fee that I had already paid.

New neat hotel in the center. Very kind staff. Generous breakfast and coffee machine. But I got a tiny single room with a small bed. When booking, ask for a larger room.

This is not a hotel, and certainly not a 4 *! It's just 1 floor in the house. More like a hostel. Breakfast is brought to the room. There is no lift. We had a room booked, but there were no seats and they did not see our reservation. We must have been lucky. But a lot of time was spent on the trial. There, some rooms do not even have windows, and if they do, they face a noisy street.
