A wonderful hotel in the old town!
Seriously, we loved everything about it! Highly recommend!
The metro is within walking distance, everything is fresh and clean, the hotel is very well-maintained, and the rooms are beautiful and comfortable, with cozy beds and pristine white linens!
The breakfasts are good, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Since we had a late-night flight, they even prepared sandwiches for our journey. We were extremely satisfied!
Huge thanks to the staff and owners for the excellent time, cleanliness, and wonderful memories!
We will definitely be back and will recommend it to others!

Stayed at Maajid Hotel & Restaurant.
Great Old City location, clean and cozy room (a bit small).
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was simple but fine.
Overall, a good place to stay in Baku 👍

My room was almost in the lobby. Lobbies are noisy.

We loved our stay at Maajid hotel, the location is really nice, good room - only the bed mattress in the single room was a bit uncomfortable, but all others were fine 👍🏼

Fantastic location in the old town. Breakfast was good to basic. They charge you 1 minat per person per night at checkout. This was not disclosed and it said I already paid city taxes on my billing statement.

My friend and I stayed at this hotel from March 26-30. The location is superb, close to all the main attractions. However, taxis can't drop you right at the hotel because it's located in the Old City. But it's only a 3-4 minute walk to the metro or a taxi stand. The breakfasts are delicious; you definitely won't go hungry.
Regarding the room: the room was small, especially the bathroom (there was no space to even put our belongings). Hot water was always available, no complaints there. Our room wasn't cleaned once during our entire stay, towels weren't changed, and water wasn't replenished. We had to refill a jug with water ourselves on the first floor. One time, we caught a cleaner on our floor and asked for tea, toilet paper, and for the trash to be emptied. We were unlucky to have three days of rain, and our clothes got soaked. Unfortunately, there was nowhere to dry them; everything dried very slowly in the room, and there were no radiators.
The staff were polite and friendly. Overall, it's a good hotel for the price.
