Вполне нормальный отель. Уборка конечно как всегда хромает в Баку,я уже привыкла. Попросила через 3 дня убраться, как бы просто поменяли полотенца, тапочки и положили воды. Видимо не помнят правила уборки в отеле 4 звезды. Расположение хорошее, район приятный. Персонал приветливый, всегда улыбаются. На пару дней вполне можно оставаться, но если нет должной уборки, надолго не останешься, так как не комфортно будет. Тем более рядом оживленная дорога, окно открыл и уже пыльно.

Very nice hotel with a good location, there is a supermarket downstairs, and you can walk to the shopping center. I ordered a suite, which is very large in size. But the number of rooms is small, and room prices vary greatly.

Отель неплохой, персонал отзывчивый и доброжелательный. До старого города далеко, но в пешей доступности метро и другие достопримечательности, карточку для транспорта выдали, которую можно было пополнять. Брала номер с завтраком, завтрак - шведский стол, что-то горячее, типа омлета или жареного картофеля с грибами, закуски, творог, кексики-печеньки и т.д. На первом этаже был магазин Spar и KFC - тоже удобно. Номер брала стандартный, немного шумно было, т.к. окна на улицу выходят и в номере чувствовался табачный запах - единственный момент, не понравилось. Персонал хороший, есть русскоговорящие, на просьбы и пожелания откликались. В целом понравился отель.

Had a great experience staying in Smith Hotel baku.Very reasonable price and great service. All the staff is welcoming and co operative. Easy access to nearby malls, supermarkets and even restaurants.Rooms were spacious,cleaned and with nice decor.Delicious breakfast is served.In the same building there is supermarket and KFC and Heydar Ali Centre is just 5 minutes walk away. Highly recommend Smith Hotel if you plan to visit Baku,Azerbaijan

Very grateful to the staff. The breakfasts are amazing. Special thanks to the cook. The staff is attentive and responsive. Within walking distance of all the central attractions of this magnificent city.
