The Location is amazing, very near to Nizami Street and other attractions. Staffs are very friendly, specially Ms. Nai who was in the receptionist. Junior Suite with Balcony was super cool. Breakfast was very average and need to improve. Amazing time staying in this hotel. Highly recommended.

The hotel's location is the best that I have felt in Baku. Its proximity to Nizami street makes it even easier. The hotel is decent and nice. It's clean and the service is good. The staff always have a smile on their face. The rooms are big and heritage type. The only thing I think they need improvement is breakfast. They are not even serving basic made to order egg omelette etc. The breakfast menu lacks items. So I think they should put some improvement in that. They have a good number of fruits, dry fruits etc in place. But some extra hot items to the menu will add up more advantage to it.

Location wise you cannot fault this, it’s right in the old city, and walking distance to many sights and points of interest. The hotel courtyard is impressive looking but for me that’s about where it ended. I was given a room which wasn’t easy to find at first! Beginning with a 4 you’d think 4th floor but it was in fact 3rd floor , elevator, along a balcony with interior facing rooms, down some steps, up a flight of stairs and along a corridor. Not handy with luggage. The room itself was basic. Way too warm. The air conditioning wasn’t working (or just was turned off completely as it was February) but the radiator was on full and the room was uncomfortably warm. I was told to keep the balcony door open at night to help cool it down. As a female traveler on my own this didn’t feel very safe. For a couple of nights this hotel is perfectly fine, and the location is what really saves it.

What an excellent hotel! Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, wonderful location right inside the city gates to the Old City, only steps from wonderful restaurants and shopping. There are amazing sights just blocks from the hotel as well like the Maiden Tower. Stay here if you can!

The property is beautiful in a good location. Restaurant is good. Staff have very poor English and service awareness. We had to call multiple times for basic services as toilet paper, pillows.

Отель расположен внутри старого города, можно гулять внутри, быстро дойти до набережной и в другую сторону - на площадь фонтанов и в пешеходные кварталы. Все достопримечательности в пределах пешей доступности. Очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал. Минусы: реконструкция была давно. Претенциозная мебель с облезшим золотом. Плесень на плитке в ванной. В комнате холодно а в ванной еще и сыро, постоянно журчит вода. При входе в номер нет ни шкафа, ни хотя бы крючков для верхней одежды. У кроватей нет ни настольных, ни настенных ламп, ложиться спать приходится в полной темноте, почитать перед сном нельзя. Но самое ужасное - завтрак. Заканчивается в 10, это 9 по Москве, но в последние полчаса омлета уже нет. Сосиски серые, яйца переваренные, творог или солёный, или сладкий. И, если вы помните что это, КОТЛОВОЙ кофе и даже чай. Для молодых людей, это значит, что чай и кофе заваривают заранее в огромных емкостях типа ведра и они в таком виде стоят и подогреваются все три часа завтрака и наливаются в чашки из кранчиков. По вкусу и цвету неразличимы, чёрная и горькая бурда. Короче, завтракать здесь нельзя вообще.
