I went to the Hilton Baku hotel from Tehran. I think it is the most beautiful hotel in Azerbaijan. All the parts were great. The view, the rooms and the restaurant were very beautiful. I went for a massage on the last floor. The view on that floor showed the whole city of Baku. I will definitely go to this hotel again.

Review date is 16 June 2024. The cleanliness is very disappointing . The window of the room was very dirty and full of dust. The bathroom bowl was stained . We called the reception many times to change room and they kept saying there is a room available but they did not change and made us wait for hours so in the end we left for dinner . When we came back Reception said there is no room available and they cannot help us. Now we r stuck here for 6 nights . And I have rashes all over my body due to dust . Since we fully paid through agency we r unable to do anything and the hotel reception is not helping us

Absolutely amazing stay at the Hilton Baku. The service was excellent. I would definitely say the best part of my visit to this beautiful city was the hotel experience. The location of the hotel is extremely perfect almost walking distance to many attractions of the city. Breakfast is exceptional with many choices and delicious items. Special thanks to Mr. Vilayat (Front office supervisor) and his team, for their outstanding services and care. Mr. Vilayat recognizes my diamond status and offer me a nice upgrade. This hotel is one of the best that i stayed inn, the service and hospitality of the staff makes it unforgettable stay.

It's always great to visit Hilton anywhere around the world. They also had kids check in program. We had a late night check in and The receptionist was friendly. The breakfast spread is great and worth the amount. The spa and amenities are in good condition. All in all great stay!

The staff especially Ravin is very cooperative and the hotel is amazing! It is perfect for stay with family and friends. The rooms are clean and well kept. The location is also very good - it is well connected. Breakfast buffet is great. Overall wonderful experience.

We came earlier than checkin time but we had an important meeting. We wanted just half a hour before entrance to the room. We had upgraded room. But they did not do anything. Not helpful, not respective reception!

One of the best experiences in Hilton hotels. Location is great, minutes walking from old city, food is good, the staff was very nice since our arrival. We got upgraded to a room with a view to the flame building and the sea. The room service out of our experience with Hilton I can say that is one of the best if not the best one we have seen. I would highly recommend the hotel Defiantly we are planning to return

I love the hotel so so much The staff is so much friendly and like to help any time There are to many restaurants in the hotel, the food is fantastic The 360 Bar is great place to relax and drink There are mall near us and taxis available all the time

Great staff with a very warm welcome, clean and comfortable with good food. Gym is great and fantastic view from the roof top bar. What’s not to like. Not too far from fountain square and Maden Tower, about 15 mins walk.
