Four Seasons Hotel Baku

Since we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, the hotel arranged room decorations and a cake, which we absolutely loved. Unexpectedly, I had an accident this time. I slipped by the pool and injured my left elbow. The hotel provided a basic check-up and ice pack, and offered to arrange a car if I wanted to go to the hospital. I felt it wasn't a bone injury, so I didn't want to cause too much trouble. Luckily, it felt better the next day!

Everything went great. I was checked in much earlier than the official time, completely free of charge. Upon departure, they also agreed to extend my checkout by a couple of hours. The breakfast was tasty and quite varied, but it did cost extra. I had to ask for a loofah, razor, sewing kit, and toothpaste in the room. The pool is large and the spa is excellent.

Luxury and grandeur – a magnificent entrance, spacious rooms, and exquisite breakfasts – truly top-notch. The location right in the heart of the old town is perfect for exploring. Best location, service, and personalized approach!

Four Seasons Hotel, nothing more to say, just stay there. The hotel's facilities are top-notch, and the service is excellent. We arrived early in the morning and they immediately arranged a room for us. The lobby even had bread, fruit, and drinks prepared for guests in the morning.
