Nice and clean room, comfy bed, tasty breakfast, very helpful staff. It is close to the main attractions so you can walk around. Also the nearby metro can be a plus point if you want to go around other parts of the city. A great family friendly place for stay.

We stayed here for couple of days in March'24. The best part about this property is its location. Its centrally placed and is just few steps away from a metro station. The property has a nice garden which seems like an extended part of the hotel. The rooms in itself are quite ok. No complaints on the service part though.

Very nice breakfast, clean and central location. Enjoyed a 4 night stay. Room was spacy and bed was comfortable. Nice lounge and bar area to relax in. Polite staff and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel.

I recommend the Grand Hotel to all tourists visiting Baku. Asif will check you in at the reception with a smile and will fulfill all your wishes, even the impossible ones! The rooms are spacious, comfortable, modern. Location - CENTER - shops, cafes, restaurants, parks, theaters Breakfast - courteous staff, fresh and varied food, national cuisine.

Basic rooms not clean, spotted sheets , running water in bathroom are not fluent. Coffee tea and kettle are ok.free good wifi. Good breakfast. Hotel is not in town center. staff are polite but very few speaks english.

«Grand Hotel Baku Central Park» – очень приятный городской отель уровня «4 звезды», расположенный в самом сердце Баку. Cовременное здание, территория – маленькая, но есть ресторан, где предлагаются еда и напитки,а так же кальян.На мой взгляд, обстановка очень уютная, домашняя и демократичная, без пафоса. Обслуживающий персонал – замечательный, все приветливые, внимательные, много кто говорит и понимают по-русски. На первом этаже расположен круглосуточно reception,куда вы можете обратится по любому вопросу.Очень понравилось внутреннее оформление отеля – чисто, светло, современно. Еще имеется бесплатный и довольно приличный wi-fi на всей территории отеля, в том числе в номере. Нам предложили трехместный номер на 3 этаже.Он был просторным, светлым, уютным и оснащен всем необходимым.Номер убирался ежедневно спасибо за чистоту.Отдельное спасибо за завтрак, было вкусно и сытно:) В пешей доступности от гостиницы сувенирные лавочки, магазины, аптека, кафе, рестораны, все достопримечательности, старый город «Ичери-шехер», Девичья башня,а так же набережная которая омывается водами Каспийского моря. В целом, отель более чем оправдал ожидания по всем параметрам. Отличный бюджетный вариант для туристов. Так что, по соотношению цена-качество «Grand Hotel Baku Central Park» оказался на высоте спасибо за гостеприимность отелю и Баку в целом.

Расположение отеля достаточно хорошее, если ориентироваться на достопримечательности. Номерной фонд удовлетворительный, но если вам дали номер, окна которого выходят на автостраду- шум от машин не даст вам спать Завтраки очень скудные и бедные. Отель 4, и не на завтраках кофемашины, под конец завтрака официант может предложить приготовить тебе омлет, хотя логичнее было бы его подать в начале завтрака Уборка на 2 звезды, забывают доложить гель доя душа и шампунь, не говоря про туалетную бумагу
