Cool hotel in the heart of the city. Everything fully corresponds to the description and photo. Well, the price tag is excellent. I can confidently recommend it.

Very good location, very warm service. Close to the old town and square. The first floor is the bar, where you can enjoy life. However, the menu is not available in Chinese or English, and some of the waiters can communicate briefly in English.

I was solo, so maybe that's why I didn't have a mini-bar or DVD player or even a working TV. Fortunately, I'm not too bothered by all that, and, what's more, they had a room ready for me when I arrived in the early morning. I liked the friendliness of the young staff who are always ready to help and speak a respectfully good English. It's also clean, which is a boon. Brekky is hit and miss. I missed more than I hit, but it's inluded in the price and will suffice for most budget travellers. It's cental, in the lap of Fountains Square and a stone's throw from the old town. The Caspian Sea is not even half a league away. They'll get you a taxi to the airport, but you can find cheaper or maybe take a Uber. Taxi-drivers work with scammers at the airport, who say they offer a service to the first security check two metres away from your landing site. Just say 'no' with enough gusto that you're understood. That said, you're never really hassled too much, even by the tour touts. To sum up, you could do worse by not staying at the Du Port. Give it a whirl.

We booked this hotel at the beginning of May. Before arrival, the hotel was warned about a late arrival. The hotel has confirmed that it has received this information. When we arrived at the hotel, we were unpleasantly surprised that our reservation was canceled and there were no rooms for us in the hotel. We were forced to walk around the city with suitcases at three o'clock in the morning and look for free rooms in other hotels. I highly do not recommend this hotel due to the poor attitude towards customers.

Absolutely wonderful location of the hotel! Everything is within walking distance: Fountain Square, the old town, the embankment (the only problem is crossing the road). All iconic restaurants. Market with fruits, drinks and everything you need. The staff is beyond praise!! They told us everything, helped us change the money, bought a SIM card with us, any request was fulfilled instantly! The room had a balcony, quite spacious, clean linen, soap and soap, slippers. The only thing I would advise is to diversify your breakfast. Always the same: scrambled eggs, bread, jam, sour cream, cottage cheese (a little bit of this, in a small bowl). We were full, but even after 3 nights we got tired.. In general, thank you very much!!! If we come again, it will only be to you!

chose this hotel. the best price-quality ratio in its category. Everything is within walking distance: on the right is the old city, in front is the embankment, on the left is Nizami and May 28 Square. Centrally accessible hotel, I'm done ;)
