Location is great you can go mostly tourist place by walk or take a bus. Safe area for solo female travelers!
The hotel staff are kind and helpful even though they don’t speak well.
I def will be back if I visit in Baku one day!
One thing I didn’t like is there’s no elevator in the building:( they help me to carry luggages up and down though.

Oğlumla kasım ayında 4 gece kaldık otelde , başta otel müdürü Vali bey , Önbüro Aysun hanım ve diğer tüm görevli arkadaşlar misafirlerle çok güzel ilgileniyorlar.. otel merkezde , çoğu yere yürüme mesafesinde.. geceleri çok sessiz yatıyorsunuz , çıt yok .. kahvaltısı ***et güzel , malzemeler yeterli .. lobide çok güzel kahveler yapıyorlar mutlaka deneyin .. odalar son derece temiz , banyol lavabo yeterince geniş ve temiz … bir otelden beklentini sadece konaklama üzerine ise burası ***et yeterli .. heşey için hepsine teşekkür ederim

This is a three star hotel but the service is five star! The staff really goes the extra mile! Special thanks to Ayso at reception and the young man at the bar. The breakfast was extremely good Bathrobes and slippers were provided. Location: walking distance to Nizami street Recommended!

Ужасное отношение к клиентам. не захотели войти в наше положение при отмене брони из за отмененных рейсов авиакомпании. сняли тут же всю сумму с карты. отмена всех рейсов компании это форсмажор тут надо помогать туристам, сохранить хотя бы часть их денег. чтобы они приехали в следующий раз, а не поступать так жестоко.

The room is big enough, clean and has everything you need. Pleased with the lack of unpleasant odors in the bathroom. Breakfast is very good, delivered to the room (lockdown). Tea and coffee brought to the room at any time included in the price. Friendly and attentive staff.
