Everything is fine, but there is no closet in the single room and it was dusty, and there were napkins in the wall and left water from the previous tenant. The next day after the call, water was brought and the towel was changed.
But I liked the location and good breakfasts and staff.

This is a nice hotel close to all the main sightseeing points and tourist attractions, also very close to a lot of great restaurants and Old City. We prefer rooms with antique style and it was the only place we could find. Hotel's staff was super-sweet, we want to especially mention Tahir who was so helpful and nice, helped us with everything and took a great care of all guests. Thanks a lot, we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel has a great location and safe to stay they have security available in the entrance. The room is spacious yet, not thoroughly clean. The bidet wasn’t fix in the toilet when we come and found garbage from the bin. So we need to ask them to clear it out. The toilet bowl isn’t clean either. Upon arrival, there is no bottle of water provided which is I think a basic amenity that they could less offer as a welcome to their guests. One more thing, we stayed in an apartment which is we need to cross the road to the next building to have breakfast.

We reserved a one-bedroom apartment but were instead provided with a makeshift small room unsuitable for a family of four. Despite our inquiries, the staff informed us that the room had already been allocated. Throughout our five-day stay, we were repeatedly assured that we would receive the room we had paid for, but this commitment was not honored. The breakfast offered was consistently subpar, with the same items served daily. Basic amenities such as a kettle and AC remote were not readily available, and when requested, they were delivered to our room after significant delays and multiple follow-up calls. Regrettably, our inaugural international trip to Baku was marred by the poor service and conduct of this establishment.

Very good location in typical Carvan Saray style building adopted for modern conditions. Cleanness is perfect as well as bed condition. Breakfast is moderate, mainly European. Sound proof is not what we expected. Room was given not like requested
