Отличный отель, все как заявлено в описании и даже лучше. Номер невероятно красивый, уютный и чистый; со всеми необходимыми принадлежностями: от халата до губки для обуви. Превосходная постель. А мозаичные светильники-моя любовь. Полотенца и душевые принадлежности менялись каждый день. Уборка качественная. Но самое прекрасное в этом отеле это персонал: приветливые и заботливые, всегда готовые помочь и откликнуться на любую просьбу. Чувствовали себя как дома! Спасибо Вам огромное!

if you’re looking for a place to stay in the old town, this is the place to be. The rooms were designed beautifully. All of the receptionists were very kind, friendly, super helpful, and amazing people. They helped me with all my needs. They went above and beyond. The hotel is situated in the old town and it’s walking distance to major sights. I highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely come back again to this one. I had a great experience.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel. Staff went out of their way to provide information and assistance. Hotel is exceptionally clean. Bed and bedding comfortable and room had a small fridge and coffee / tea kettle etc. Would have liked more shelf space in the bathroom but that is really the only minor complaint.

Была в отеле в начале декабря 2023 года на свой день рождения. Не люблю отмечать др за столом, поэтому каждый год стараюсь отмечать день рождения в каком-либо красивом месте. В 2023 году решила приехать в Баку. Выбор остановила на данном отеле и не разочаровалась. Поскольку часто путешествую - была во многих отелях, как дорогих, так и не очень, однако этот отель оставит о себе самые теплые воспоминания и желание вернуться снова. Особая ценность отеля - персонал, который всегда доброжелателен и всегда готов во всём помочь. Сразу при заселении я попыталась сломать сейф и засорить раковину. Несмотря на поздний час мне моментально помогли, восприняв ситуацию с юмором. Далее помогли купить билеты в театр, поскольку из-за политики одного старого херостратега бункерного - не возможно оплачивать россиянам услуги картами. Находится отель в старом городе. Расположение - великолепно, в пешей доступности для всего необходимого путешественнику. Номера очень красиво оформлены. Очень чисто. Завтраков в отеле нет, но можно позавтракать в соседнем отеле или в номере, где есть холодильник и чайник. Мой номер был очень просторным, тихим, выходил на дворик с деревьями. Ощущение дома и уюта не покидало на протяжении всего пребывания в отеле. Особую милоту отели придаёт его пушистый, усатый житель - серенький котик. Эта прелесть невероятно дркжелюбен и любопытен. Заходил в номер в гости, чему была необыкновенно рада. С терассы отеля открываются фантастические виды на город. Огромная благодарность и самые тёплые пожелания всему коллективу отеля 🤍💙🤍

Волшебный отель! Сотрудники отеля очень внимательные, вежливые и помогут в любом вопросе! Отель находится в самом прекрасном месте, Старый город, рядом вся красота, достопримечательности, разнообразие кафе и ресторанов, набережная, магазины! Номера как в сказке! Прикреплю реальное фото. Каждый день уборка, смена полотенец, всегда чистота и порядок! Всем советую пожить в этом сказочном отеле!

Best deal possible in the old town in Baku! Ibraham was INCREDIBLY helpful and kind, helping me with my luggage, pointing me to get money changed and calling me a car. His 5 star attentive help and good english made me feel at home right away! Great hotel, in a great location with an even greater price!

That’s an excellent place: 1. Location is perfect, old city is really beautiful 2. Hostess and all employees are super nice 3. Room was cozy but the same time fancy We also took a breakfast that worth it 100% They also have nice terrace with the gorgeous view

Прекрасный отель, уютные и красивые номера, колоритный дизайн. Особенно порадовало расположение отеля - в самом сердце старого города. Также хочется отметить персонал, все сотрудники очень доброжелательные. Однозначно рекомендую этот отель.
