This is my fourth stay in Hyatt Regency Baku in the last 2 years and the services have improved a lot. The checkin process was smooth. The rooms (room size, amenities) are simply perfect. Just need to have a little more lighting in the room. The Breakfast served at Mezzo was nice. I would especially like to mention the Fitness center at the Hotel. I have never seen such a great Gymnasium till now anywhere.

we recently stayed at the hotel whole last week .It was our trip to Baku during EID holidays in dubai .It was my first visit to Baku Azerbaijan.The hotel has a lovely luxury ambiance the lobby is tastefully decorated .The staff from arrival time took very good care of us the front office team Mr Ilkin,Miss Katerina , miss Irada always attended to our needs promptly during our stay.The room was very nice clean and very high standard hyatt style with the amenities in proper order .The Club lounge on the 8th floor has a nice variety of food and drinks in evening and we enjoyed good service by mr Aykhan Mammadzada .The food and beverage depar**ent mr Turan and his team were very hospitable .There is one restaurant in the hotel that serves breakfast and lunch and dinner and lobby lounge food service. The spa is amazing worth a visit and the gym is massive huge facility for sports and spa . The Concerige ,mainly mr Seymur guided us to good restaurants in the city for evening dinners and sightseeing tours . Laslty a big THANK YOU to the entire team under the supervision of general manager mr Orkhan Alakbarov made us feel at home in the hotel during our stay in this beautiful city of Baku .Look forward to coming back soon.

Wonderful place to stay and very good amenities with understanding courteous staff. Being Vegetarian, would have loved to see more options of Vegan . vegetarian foods in the breakfast and A la carte menu

The room was clean and the hotel quiet in off season (December). Breakfast buffet had variety of local choices, and options for omelettes. Local bank next door for currency exchange. Excellent fitness center in adjacent building and great massage. Variety of restaurants within walking distance.

Clean and quiet room, very friendly and helpful staff, but not located close a tourist areas that families want to stay for a vacation. For business trip it should be fine. The price is very reasonable.
