Spacious room with unusual two-level design, very clean and comfortable. All equipment worked perfectly, bath and bed clothes were changed every day Excellent performance of friendly, helpful and professional hotel staff everywhere: reception, restaurant, room cleaning Superb breakfast with excellent choice of food and drinks

Just really liked it. I chose with my eyes live, bypassing several hotels in the area. The center is 7-10 minutes walk. Quiet and spacious rooms. Lived in superior. Large breakfast buffet + chef will prepare cereals, omelettes, etc. in front of you. Breakfast restaurant - on the top floor with terrace and panoramic views. Very large spa area! With 2 jacuzzis, Finnish sauna, hammam, and Turkish bath. Everything is clean, always fresh towels. Exceptionally friendly staff! I will note for 5+ the work of the reception, the staff of the bars and the restaurant, and in particular the housekeeping on the 7th floor and the staff of the SPA zone!)) Stayed for 8 days. On departure - we were escorted by the whole hotel so that we did not want to leave!

Great hotel .very helpful staff. Gorgeous location. Very cozy room and for the standard 40kv which is very worthy. Great spa .30 meters large supermarket 24/7 Circus across the road!!! I strongly recommend. thank you for everything !!!!!

Stayed three nights with family. The room was clean and the size was reasonably good. The room service was poor as there were no enough drinking water, tea bags and sugar available. The matress was comfortable. Breakfast buffet was just ok.

Good day to all who are now reading a review about this hotel. If you choose a hotel with a good geolocation in the city, a good breakfast and a spacious room, you can't go wrong. The staff is very hospitable and polite. Always makes concessions and resolves guests' issues, BUT with the SPA issue ... this is not Turkey for you, where everything is thought out and organized for hotel guests. It's the opposite here, there is no place for guests in the spa, what evening I'm trying to get in but it's useless! always occupied by strangers !and only by men !always smoky spa , just disgusting unfortunately! For 7 nights of rest in this hotel, I was once and in the afternoon in the spa. But the choice fell on this hotel due to the fact that there is a SPA with Jacuzzi! I ask the hotel management to work on this issue.
