The Merchant Baku Hotel

I thank all the staff and every employee who made my New Year's stay at the hotel comfortable, safe, and atmospheric. The service, cleanliness, location, and amenities were all as promised. I highly recommend it! I look forward to returning!

We stayed in the signature room, one of the largest rooms. The hotel is in the city center and within walking distance of almost everything worth seeing. The breakfast was very good. It's a bit more expensive than hotels like Hilton and Ritz, but the smaller number of rooms and the attentiveness of the staff were excellent. In terms of location and hotel quality, it's the best hotel you can find.

The room was a bit small, but the hotel's location was fantastic, and overall I was very satisfied with my stay! The Old Town was just a 5-minute walk away, and I loved its atmosphere. It was very comfortable to sit at a roadside restaurant and have a coffee or a drink. There were also many street performers near the Maid of the Tower. The hotel ground floor had a pedestrian-friendly area with many bars, creating a great atmosphere at night. I arrived during F1, so prices skyrocketed; compared to regular prices, they were quite reasonable! Because of the race, roads were closed everywhere, so the area was a bit confusing, even for locals. It took me a while to find the hotel on the first day.
