Breakfast was ok.
The service is also good and the attitude is very good.
But there was something wrong with the door of the room I stayed in and it couldn't be closed completely.
And the sound insulation is super poor. I have never stayed in a place with such poor sound insulation.
You can hear normal conversations next door.
You can hear the toilet flushing next door and the water running in the shower.
There is no air conditioning, only heating.

Family hotel close to Government House. This place is large rooms in the backyard of housing blocks. Staff is attentive snd helpful, there is a family a**osphere. Rooms are a bit dated but comfortable and super clean. The hotel offers a breakfast buffet with warm and cold food, a bit of Mixture between Turkish and Russian breakfast.

I really liked this hotel. My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are very clean. The breakfast is incredible. The service was excellent. Definitely would recommend it for this price. Especially for the location.

I really loved my experience at this place! First of all, the location is amazing, it is in the centre of the city. For this location, the prices are very low. It's close to the “Port Baku Mall” we walked there almost every day. The breakfast is delicious. The rooms are tidy and organised. I really recommend it if you are looking for a place to stay at in Baku. I am definitely coming back in summer! Here only!

A few days ago we stayed with friends at this Hotel. I categorically disagree with the negative reviews listed here. I believe that during this period there was simply an unsuccessful manager. At the moment, everything there is at the highest level. I really liked the location of the hotel, it’s in the center, everything is close by taxi and it saves money. The staff is very responsive, polite, the rooms are clean, smells great. Breakfast has a wide choice. I had a very pleasant experience, I recommend it to everyone. Next time our choice will definitely be this hotel!

The hotel did not have our reservation registered. It took ********'s intervention to resolve it. Once this was resolved, we were informed that if we paid by card they would charge us again for the tax already included in the daily cost. English was difficult with them, almost none of them spoke it. As for the room, the black-out curtain was too short and did not protect against the sun. Comfortable bed and pillows. Old air conditioning, but it worked very well. Very good bathroom shower.

The hotel is nice. However, the staff looks like inexperienced in hospitality. I stayed 2 nights, doesn’t matter how many times I asked they didn’t give me the second key, and never changed towels for the second day. Even though I asked 2 times during a day. Location is really good, but staff member has audacity to treat you badly. I would find another hotel in the area.
