I had wonderful stay at Parkside hotel (staybridge hotel new name) and even thou i had an issue with my initial booking but Emin did his best and solved it in no time,, many thanks to Emin and the rest of Parkside team.

I had a wonderful stay at Parkside hotel, as Mr. Emin at the reception did go above and beyond for the guests, as i had an issue with my booking and he was very understanding and helpful when solving the issue. I would definitely go back and stay whenever i’m in Baku.

Very large room and the breakfast was super, there was everything from savory to fruit and sweets. Parking available in front of the entrance (it's not very large so I don't know if it might be a problem to find a place during the summer) and a metro stop just a stone's throw away. However, you can reach the seafront on foot. Very friendly reception staff with good English. Functional gym with a bit of everything

It was my first time in Baku and team of Staybridge was so friendly and guide us to all places we must visit. The warmth welcome upon arrival and room was so clean. Team at front desk was very professional. Night Manger Parviz always asked for any assistant we may need, Mayis Front office Manager show us around the hotel. Mr. Farid Ismayilov met us twice to check that all is well with us during the stay. I will recommend the hotel to all my friends because of their great services and cleanliness.

Hotel rooms were good with small kitchenette especially the family room. Good view. Clean. Multiple TVs and seating area. Good bathrooms.
Earlier room cleaning by noon would be better.
Gym equipment need an upgrade.
Hotel was kind to make an evening social for guests with snacks and drinks.
No strong hotel policy on guests making excessive noise / music all night.
No standard services like bell boy to help with luggage outside normal working hours!

Жили в данном отеле один месяц. Прекрасный вариант, если вы едете не на одну неделю. Хорошее месторасположение, рядом ЖД вокзал, метро, а на противоположной стороне набережная. Просторные номера-студии 80 кв.м. со своей кухней. Есть бесплатная прачечная, удобно закинуть вещи с утра, и потом их забрать, нужно только порошок. Очень ответственный и доброжелательный персонал. Отдельное спасибо руководителю отдела размещения Майису и Мехрибе, которая быстро проконсультировала и дала нормальный вариант. На что стоит обратить внимание: - берите номер с выходом во двор, номера, выходящие на город сильно греются от солнца, а также сильный шум от улицы, особенно от азербайджанских водителей, которые сигналят где надо и где не надо как сумасшедшие. Ездят также. Будьте внимательны, им бе разницы с коляской вы или переходите по пешеходному переходу, вас могут не заметить - завтрак мог бы быть разнообразнее, все 30 дней ели одно и тоже, причем треть стола - 8-10 виде колбасы и столько же сыра, завтрак очевидно - слабое место отеля с точки зрения разнообразия - вай-фай в номерах может быть очень слабый, особенно в угловых, которые, видимо удалены от роутеров, при этом говорят, что там раздают усилители, но за весь месяц мы так и не добились их, например, мы раздавали интернет с Симки на свою приставку для ТВ, чтобы смотреть каналы, так как российских там нет, и это обошлось "в копеечку", в лобби интернет хороший
