Excellent hotel. Excellent people. Best service. Room very spacious. Everything sparkling clean. Beautiful view from 15th floor during breakfast. Enjoyed very much our stay. We’ll stay again during our next visit to Baku

the room was cleaned, but there were stains and traces of drinks on the carpet, there was a hole in the upholstery of the sofa... when leaving the hotel they asked for payment of the city tax, which was already paid upon check-in, not a very pleasant experience

The hotel is under renovation!!! Initially, they didn’t want to speak Russian, pretending that they didn’t understand! Then they started talking!!!)) but that’s not a problem! The problem is that this hotel has nothing to do with 5 stars! Weak 3, closer to 2! I do not advise! The girl at the reception, unfortunately I don’t remember her name, she’s smart!!! The location of the property is superb within walking distance to Nizami street. The hotel facilities are great and all the staff are helpful and super professional. Thanks to Guest relations supervisor Nigar for making our stay much more comfortable.

The room, located on the 14th floor, was large and well-equipped. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which was open until late morning and offered a good variety of food. We found it very convenient to have room service, especially upon our late arrival. It was a relief to order dinner after midnight without any issues, especially since we were traveling with two children. The laundry service was also impeccable.

A great location near to many city hotspots. The overall experience was hygienic and top-class! The food is also good! Nigar at reception is extremely helpful and kind to plan your days and tours.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was really accommodating for all requests. The location is great as it is close to everything (hospital, pharmacy, malls) as well as the city center. The rooms are spacious and very clean and the house keeping staff are lovely. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Very friendly and helpful ! Nigar the guest relations manager was very helpful in helping us plan and organize our trips inside and outside Baku and make our trip very easy and enjoyable We took a double room and it was spacious giving the kids the space to play and enjoy inside the hotel as well

I traveled with family and stayed for four nights at the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, the staff were good and there was a satisfying breakfast spread. Our check in was a bit bumpy, however, all of the issues were promptly and personally addressed by Nigar - the hotel’s superhero guest representative. She practically planned the entire trip itinerary for us, including booking private tour, trip to Shamaxi and the Alpaca farms all with a couple of phone calls. We wish her the best and thank her for all the care and kindness she showed us. Our stay at the hotel was wonderful courtesy, Nigar.
