Pool and beach staff offered amazing services. Bell staff are great too. Housekeeping is not as good, rooms are not cleaned well, we found our bathroom rugs and shower area to be uncleaned and still dirty after housekeeping. Necessary items such as tissue were not replenished.

Let’s talk about the biggest surprise first: On the first night of my stay, when I was sleeping soundly in the middle of the night, a hotel staff suddenly broke into the room by swiping my card and I was kicked out. Later, I checked with the front desk that he had mistaken the room where he should send the things. The customer service manager and security director each apologized and compensated for US$200 in hotel consumption. In fact, they were still not satisfied, but they did not pursue the case because they did not want to make any more noise. Service points were deducted because this incident should never have happened in the first place.
Other than that, the overall experience is actually good. The hotel facilities are considered luxurious in the United States. Although the sea view balcony of the room is diagonally facing the coast, the view is still good. Most of the service staff are very welcoming and can call me by my name accurately. The performance of HSKP is relatively poor, the cleaning speed is slow and not particularly clean.

We stayed here before, 6 years ago and it was great, but this time it was just awful… the room is dirty, it literally was not cleaned during our stay. The carpet was stained, the refrigerator door was broken, the tablet on the side of the bed didn’t work (even after we complained), there was a cockroach on our room and they didn’t do anything about it!!!! The shower drain was clogged, the bathroom would flood after every shower and we had to ask FOUR times for it to be fixed. And they didn’t even clean the water that came out on the corridor. Really, just not at all what you would expect from a hotel this pricy that should be 5 stars, but is actually 3 stars, decadent and dirty. Do not recommend.

it is perfectly designed, rooms are spacious, service is impeccable, staff go beyond their limits to make sure your stay is perfect with them, beach is superb and always busy, it is a lot better than many of st. regis in other locations, they deserve to be one of the best hotel chain and i would highy recommend

After reading a Points Guy article on the advantages to Bonvoy Elite members of booking the St Regis instead of the Ritz, I booked this exceptional hotel! While checking in, my wife explained she was celebrating a special birthday, and Ricardo at reception arranged an extraordinary upgrade for us that will become a family legend. The special treatment continued at happy hour in the bar with Amile; I hope I have his name correct because he made the evening and the sabering better. Salih was our server at breakfast, and he enhanced the experience of the beautiful setting and fantastic food to perfection. The beach chairs and umbrellas included with the resort fee were very nice, and the people who worked on the beach were attentive and polite. It was my favorite day at the beach in years. While trying to borrow the bikes, trust me, don’t do it, we met Anthony Flynn, the concierge. He is a veteran and one of the best customer service professionals ever. He completely turned the situation from frustration into a pleasant conversation. When you have the chance, do yourself a favor and stay here. We’ll be back, so maybe we can drink at the bar together.

This is an awesome hotel. Very beautiful property located on a very quiet and beautiful beach. Room was huge and very well appointed. Shower was very nice. Beds were extremely comfortable. Very safe area. Every staff member at this hotel went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. I stay at a lot of high end hotels and this one is definitely now one of my favorites.
