Stayed one night monday was £65 with continetal breakfast food was good bed was abit to soft the radiator in room couldnt be turned off. Shower was good car park at back of pub for free parking up to about 7 cars.

Booked bed and breakfast , no breakfast available(told no staff) lies . toast or stale croissants when speaking to staff in morning they told us they don’t do breakfast anymore . Room 103 is absolutely freezing . If I new there wasn’t breakfast I would have booked a different hotel .

No staff available for check out. Took payment from my card without my permission. (Id arranged to pay with a different card when arriving). Very limited car park spaces. Unable to get a receipt for my stay. The worst experience ive ever had at any hotel anywhere in the world.

It is not advisable to arrive at a hotel without a confirmed reservation. It is highly inconvenient and frustrating to be informed upon arrival that the hotel is overbooked and cannot accommodate Me. Furthermore, it is concerning that the hotel did not inform Me of this situation in advance, especially after sending an email expressing their warm welcome. I had to scramble to find alternative accommodations, but fortunately, the ******* support team was able to secure a room for Me at no additional cost. I must say, the alternative accommodations at RUTHIN CASTEL HOTEL were far superior to the original hotel, and I highly recommend them.

Heel vriendelijk personeel en een prima kamer. Het piept en kraakt soms een beetje als je op de gang loopt maar dat hoort absoluut bij zo'n prachtig authentiek hotel. En dan het ontbijt. Fantastisch! De keuken wil alles voor je regelen om het naar het zin te maken. Diner oom prima. Een absolute aanrader.

We spent the weekend here visiting family and the staff were very friendly and helpful the room was lovely clean and lots of light and the lovely lady even gave us complimentary breakfasts for our 2 guests who joined us on the Sunday morning would highly recommend and will definitely be staying here again 👍

This is the third year we have been here, and it just gets better and better. All the staff very friendly and could not do enough for you. Meals excellent and hotel clean and warm. Great job Vicky to you and your staff.

This hotel is fantastic. Its clean serves fantastic food has a beer garden and a yard to the rear for parking. We arrived on Thursday stayed to Sunday on a motorbike tour from Ireland. The staff were exceptional would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a central location in which to base your holiday in Wales.

Stayed here several times in recent year when it was owned by Brains Brewery who took it into decline. Now under new management it has come back to where it once was. Had a brilliant night there. Refurbished to an excellent standard with reasonable pub food and staff who were outstanding in their helpfulness. Rooms were lovely, and where everything actually worked!! Couldn't fault it - and oh yes, I'll be back! Thank you to all the staff.
