Das Resort ist einfach traumhaft. Die Mitarbeiter, die Anwendungen, das Essen etc, alles war super . Für meine erste Panschakarma Kur war das genau der richtige Ort. Durch die Größe des Ressorts ( 8 Zimmer) ist es wunderbar familiär und gemütlich.

Meine Frau und ich haben im Roman Lake 3 Wochen Panchakarma gebucht. Das erste mal für uns. Das Angebot in Sri Lanka ist ja auch sehr vielfältig und die Entscheidung schwierig. Zusammengefasst: Alles richtig gemacht. Der Service , das Personal, das Essen, die Zimmer. Für uns war nicht wichtig am Strand zu sein und der See inmitten der Bäume und Pflanzen war genau das richtige. Die Groesse des Resorts mit nur 8 Zimmer alle super geräumig. Die tollen Massagen, die ärztliche Betreuung, alles wirklich optimal. Es fällt uns schwer auch nur eine Person hervorzuheben, da alle im Resort Angestellte Personen einen super Job gemacht haben. Am Anfang schien uns 3 Wochen sehr lang. Zum Ende wären wir gerne noch etwas länger geblieben. Wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen nur dann wird die die Entscheidung viel einfacher. Ein anderer positiver Effekt. Man nimmt ab.

Das Roman Lake ist wunderschön gelegen und die Anwendungen bei unserer Panchakarma Kur waren hevorragend.Das gesamte Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und bemüht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen.Die regelmässige Anwesenheit eins deutsch sprechenden Mitarbeiters im Front Office hat vieles erleichtert. Das Essen war sehr abwechslungsreich und köstlich.Auf individuelle Bedürfnisse wurde eingegangen. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Das Team des Hotels ist unglaublich aufmerksam, freundlich und zuvorkommend und trotzdem nicht aufdringlich. Die Lage des Hotels ist so schön mitten im Dschungel und ein toller Ort um von Hektik und Stress des Alltags sich zu kurieren. Das Therapeutenteam im Ayuverda Centrum ist sehr flexibel und erkennt sofort die Bedürfnisse des Gastes. Ich hab mich wie in einer anderen Welt gefühlt, wo sich alle um das Wohlergehen von einem sorgen. Ich würde es immer wieder buchen, um wieder gesund zu werden und den Geist zu entspannen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und groß.

Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen und sich wohlfühlen. Sehr herzliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Das Hotel ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Essen abwechslungsreich, sehr lecker und liebevoll zubereitet. Die ayurvedischen Anwendungen in angenehmer Athmosphäre von einem kompetenten Team durchgeführt. Um Wünsche allerart und Ideen für Ausflüge kümmerte sich die Reception umgehend.😊. Ich fühlte mich besonders auch als Alleinreisende sehr aufgehoben. Danke dem tollen Team.

When I booked the Ayurveda Resort I had no clue how luxury and beautiful it actually is! I went there with my family and our experience was way more intense than expected. Even after 1 month we are still inspired by Ayurvedic diets and follow Ayurvedic principles. The hotel is set in the perfect surrounding to connect with yourself - in the midst of a jungle at a calming lake. The place is silent and yet lively. We enjoyed the treatments a lot, the hotel rooms were just fantastic and decorated with flowers every day. The service was excellent. I am in Sri Lanka for 6 weeks now and the Roman Lanke hotel served by far the best food. Thank you so much again for everything and best greetings to all staff members :)) I can highly recommend this experience to anyone!!

Perfektes sehr familiäres kleines Hotel für eine tolle Panchakarma-Kur. Hier behandeln hervorragende, gut ausgebildete Ärzte und Therapeuten, die täglich die Anwedungen anpassen und den Patienten/Gast im Focus haben. Ebenso wird man von den äußerst freundlichen Hotelangestellten auf Händen getragen..Der Pool wurde schon früh morgens gesäubert ( nicht vergessen, man ist im "Dschungel") die Zimmer immer sehr sauber ,dass Essen ausgezeichnet ayurvedisch( hier geht man auch auf Intoleranzen ein).freundliche und professionelle Bedienungen und sehr herzliche Rezeptionistin..evtl.Sprachbarrieren werden kreativ überbrückt. Und der Manager kann sehr gut deutsch..wenn man kein 5 Sterne First class Hotel sucht, sondern ein authentisches und naturnahes Resort ( man bekommt Besuch von Vögel, Affen, Warane) dann kann ich das Roman Lake Ayurveda Resort uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen..Vielen Dank an das ganze Hotelteam für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt... ich konnte hier meine Beschwerden tatsächlich reduzieren...und Versprochen...ich komme wieder

What shall we say? it was perfect!! we were very stressed from work at home but at the Roman Lake we found a place to relax with nice staff and guests, healthy food three times a day (served by wonderful Chamih), swimming, sleeping, amazing treatments six times a day - so at the end of our stay our bodies and minds felt like new born. The entire hotel complex is a dream. From all rooms, which are lovingly and modernly designed, you have direct access (ground floor) or view (upper floor) into the beautiful garden. This is framed by beautiful nature and borders directly on a lake. In the garden laid out with great attention to detail is the large infinity pool, which invites you to swim from morning to evening. At all times there is a very warm, familiar and peaceful atmosphere. We were very sad to leave this lovely place and hope to return as soon as possible!

I have recently returned from this amazing place, everything about my stay was faultless. I would like to congratulate Roman Lake on their staff. The Ayurvedic doctor, who was gentle and understanding, the treatments that were performed with such care were amazing.lakmal and his friend who cleaned my room each day, and left spectacular flower displays on my bed, I thank you as they made me smile every day. To the lovely man who cleaned the pool in and made sure my sunbed was ready every day, Ii thank you. Thank you to the chefs for the amazing food we received every day. The wonderful Chamiya who looked after our every need at every meal time. For all those special flowers, you placed on our table, I have to say that all the staff were amazing at this resort but Chamiya went above, and beyond to make my stay so perfect. So thank you once again Roman Lake for my wonderful stay with you and will see you in February 2024
