Villa 386

We really enjoyed our stay in Villa 386 as part of our Ayurveda treatment and really enjoyed it. The complex is designed for a maximum of six guests and is in a quiet location outside the town. This can be reached in a few minutes by tuktuk. The team is professional and the Ayurvedic treatments are of a high level. An experienced and committed doctor looked after us all-round, and the therapists are also professionals with many years of expertise. A cook prepares fresh dishes à la Ayurveda three times a day - some from our own cultivation - which are tailored to the doshas (types) and sensitivities of the guests. If desired, yoga is available morning/evening from well-trained teachers. The beautiful colonial-style complex offers two external garden apartments and four ground-floor bedrooms in the main building with very good mattresses and generally good comfort such as fan, AirCon, sanitary facilities, cleanliness, WiFi. The bathroom is open air, which we really liked. The spacious garden with a large swimming pool is a dream and is cared for daily by gardeners. The beautiful beach is just 5 minutes to go around the corner. Villa 386 is a small, fine tropical retreat for health-conscious travelers with a sense of quality, sustainability, efficiency and aesthetics. Health combined with vacation doesn't get any better than this. We'll come back and stay longer!

I would like to thank the entire team from Villa 386 for the unforgettable 7 days spent with my family. I would like to express special appreciation to the doctor for her professional diagnosis and recommendations on the use of appropriate herbs and massages. The surprising effect of losing 2.5 kg in a week is not only an impressive result, but above all the result of an individual approach to health. Great well-being, full energy and daily walks of about 10 km also played an important role. I would like to recommend especially experienced masseurs, whose treatments not only restored the elasticity of my muscles, but also significantly improved my mental condition. The entire experience at Villa 386 was simply amazing, and our comfort was taken care of in every detail. The staff not only served delicious food (which was particularly important for me as someone who prefers a vegetarian diet), but also created an intimate atmosphere in the clean and friendly surroundings of the hotel. An additional advantage of the stay was a perfectly organized river trip with a professional guide, as well as a swimming pool and the opportunity to use the charming beach. At Villa 386 you not only stay, but you experience it as if you were staying with friends. Additionally, the area offers attractions such as a turtle support center and visits to Buddhist temples under the supervision of competent monks. This place is not just a bedroom while traveling, but a real center of relaxation and inspiration.
