Nous sommes venus à Balaruc pour visiter la lagune de Thau et voir Escale à Sète. Nous avons choisi cet hôtel qui est un peu éloigné de Sète pour le calme. Nous n'avons pas été déçu. Le personnel est très acceuillant, les chambres sont très confortables et très bien entretenues. De plus, les menus du restaurant sont excellents. Nous y reviendrons.

Personnel très accueillant, souriante et très agréables. Nuit agréable calme et propre, je regrette de ne pas connaître la marque du produit douche (distributeur) et d'avoir du thé et tisane de bas de game. Tout comme le petit déjeuner à 15€, pas du tout digne d'un 3 étoiles. Jus d'orange industriels et infâme. La charcuterie, les confitures la salade de fruits très industrielles.... Très déçu par ce repas. Le cadre côté parc est très sympa mais de l'autre côté le vis à vis entourée de barres d'immeuble ne fait pas rêver. Nous sommes arrivés à 20h et plus de place pour se garer, heureusement il y a des places plus loin. Bien pour une halte... Mais je n'y passe pas un séjour.

On nous a accueilli avec un grand sourire chaleureux. Bravo aux hôtesses qui sont très professionnelles et humaines. Le temps de me garer, mes parents sont montés à l’accueil pour m’attendre, l’hôtesse a remarqué que mon père était très fatigué, elle a pris l’initiative de leur donner la clé de la chambre pour qu’ils puissent se reposer et ne pas attendre à l’accueil (sans avoir payer ! Quelle confiance). Ce geste m’a beaucoup touché. Au petit dej, la dame qui s’occupe de la salle est adorable et attentionnée, elle met tout le monde de bonne humeur 😁. Les chambres sont propres, salle d’eau avé. Douche rénovée. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié.

as for a Canadian citizen, I have appreciated the coffee maker and refridgerator inside the room, just as it is in most of the hotels/motels back home.

Parking 8 places payantes où il ne faut pas avoir peur de rayer sa voiture car trop étroit et sale. Pas d’extérieur accueillant. Trop cher. C’est juste des chambres pour curistes pas pour vacanciers. Par contre le personnel et au petit soin pour les curistes c’est la clientèle numéro 1
