Arpita Beach Resort

My luggage handle was broken by hotel staff during luggage shifting and people at reception don't care about the complaint given by customer especially the lady staff at reception.Arpita beach resort used to be very good interms of hospitality and the same was not seen during my stay this time.

Had a really nice stay at Arpita Beach Resort. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the service was great throughout. The place is clean and has a nice, relaxing vibe. Would definitely recommend and would love to visit again!

!!!!!very bad experience !!!! If you are directly booking with the hotel. I have booked my stay in this hotel from 19th March to 21st March for 4000 per night tariff and I paid advance amount of 2000. But for some reason my trip got cancelled and I informed them 4 days before (14thMarch) and they ask me to send an email. I did that , but I did not get any formal reply. When I followed up with them and I asked for if you are giving my refund then say it your stay is extended till October. I said I don't have any plan for October if you have any cancellation fee please deduct that and refund me the balance amount. I did not get any response from them. Then yesterday (16th March) when I call them multiple times and I connected through WhatsApp did not get any response either. Then I went to Google and wrote my review and about my bad experience. Today I called them and ask the same, are you giving my refund as I don't have any plan for October. Kindly deduct the amount for cancellation fee and refund me the balance. The person said if you can write a review you will not get any refund.

Hotel is awesome. Pleasant Stay and excellent Room Service. Hotel Location wise is good. All facilities are available in such an affordable price.

We had a great staying experience in this resort. We were there from 26th till 28th dec . The rooms were well maintained , food was great. Breakfast spread was awesome and it was complimentary ... My daughter liked it very much... Service was quick. Property is well maintained. Pool was well maintained.due to cold weather we could not explore the pool this time. Only issue is limited car parking space. If you plan to start early in the morning then getting your car from parking place is a bit of challange. The security guy will call the owner of the other cars so that you can get your car out . Highly recommended ...

Very bad experience, rude behaviour of receptionist

Best sea facing location at Chandipur as well as with all convinient places... With gym, bar,swimming pool, own car parking,conference hall & different suitable rooms-standard to luxurious but value for money.. Clean homely atmosphere,nice food, in house restaurant, very cordial behaviour of all staffs are amazing ..highly satisfied ..10/10..

Food quality is not good, secondly staff not very friendly, we just tea bags in morning, they denied saying chargeable.... Small tea bags??, really heart breaking
