SSiehyThe person in charge of the hotel is very amiable. We arrived late on the day of check-in, but the person in charge still entertained us warmly.
The hotel facilities are very complete, general household appliances are complete, and there is also an outdoor garden for recreation.
Overall, the stay experience was very pleasant.

SShanice HenawayStayed at this hotel for 4 night paying over $800. Plus had to pay $200 deposit.
20 mins after checking in and storing my belongings into the hotel room.
The manager had knocked on my door and falsely accused me of smoking ********* in his hotel.
Much to his surprise I was telling the truth and he apologized for the accusation.
Upon check out day. I cleaned the floors and all the rest of it. Took pictures for evidence of room when checked out.
Realised i hadnt been refunded my $200. asked for my deposit refund as it hasn't been put back into my account.
Manager denied paying me my deposit back and claimed that he had to pay his cleaners extra for the extra 40 mins they took to clean UNDER our beds. Which he never stated that would be a reason to withhold my full refund.
I left the room clean, no damages to property upon checkout, As manager instructed. I proved I certainly wasn't smoking ********* in his hotel.
Completed a complaints form about his customer service as he still refusing to give me my $200 deposit.
Will never stay there again.

RRiva del GardaHappy BikeIt is a Motel. Parking and laundry available. We booked 2 weeks in advance 1 room for 2 night (2 reservations were made within 1 hour, informing the reason by email) and at the check-in we discovered that we had to change the room after the 1st night, very inconvenient because the next day we had the tour to Frazer Island leaving at 7.25am and we had to move all our luggage in our car (at this time in the morning the reception is close). The reception close at 7pm (not a minute later) and when e arrived at 7.30pm we had to check-in at the bar/restaurant and they were not allowed to change the room assignment. We had dinner at the restaurant (average quality) and were served at the bar by a very rude and touchy waitress...we were on the way of leaving the restaurant. The manager offered to provide dinner the next day due to the room issue, which did not happen even though she was present.

CCraigTI stated at the Ramada for two nights when I was in Hervey Bay for a trip to Fraser Island. Overall, it was a pleasant enough stay. The hotel location is located near the esplanade, which is a quiet part of town about 8 km from the CBD, and has a few dining options within walking distance near the boat club. The hotel staff were all friendly upon arrival, the hotel room I was in was reasonably modern / well maintained (but your expectations should be set at ”regional Australia hotel quality” and not ”major city hotel quality”), and it has a on-site pool / restaurant (there was also a tiny 'gym' but it did not really have anything other than a cardio machine and some small weights). There was on-site parking, but the spaces were small and filled up very quickly when I was there (I didn't have trouble parking, but did find myself getting the final free space a couple of times). I had no real complaints about the place and would happily stay there again.

JJanna.MWe really enjoyed our stay here, the space was great for us and our two little ones. We checked in late and staff were very accommodating of this. The only negative things I can say are that the brown blanket on the queen bed was crusty and clearly hadn’t been washed, we opted to use the spare blanket in the cupboard which didn’t have any obvious marks on it there was also a decently sized dead bug in the bathroom just under the door which would’ve been quite easy for cleaners to remove if they had a keen eye. Aside from those minor things, we really liked our space and would happily recommend this accommodation to family or friends visiting Hervey Bay.

GGuest UserI stayed in the 3 bed cabin. Very clean. The service was great. The lady came to check if everything was ok and if we wanted to change cabin as we had a kid but it was fine. Great location. Walking distance to beach and nice pubs and cafes.
