"Spotted adulthood cockroach on the couch, spiders on bed. Can feel the powederish floor.
Is a 4pax apartment unfortunately only provided 3 toothbrush sets didn't bother to ask for more as is quite inconvenient as the ”so call” reception is quite far and is not 24hour hence the inconvenience of early check out is a trouble. They provided a disposable towel which is quite useless shampoos and body shower all is limited. 1 of the room aircon blows hot air.
Not really recommend this place unless you wanted to go to the beach where by opposite is the Jurong island so it means that this place is kind of FOREST as described travel to gelang patah approximately 30min with non jam."

GGuest UserI really recommend if you want to spend time with friends. The view is very beautiful. Fast reply is also when asking questions. The price is okay for 8 people ✨ It's just that the toilet can't be locked. Then the mirror is not tinted. So if you open the curtains, you can see the outside inside 😆 Maybe you can use the tinted outside, you can't see it inside hehe 💖 just the aura is awake 💖

GGuest Userstayed in the suite. spacious unit with awesome seaview and Tuas view. Packed breakfast was a sweet and surprise gesture ffrom Blue Horizon. They have a reception counter which they will also collect deposit (preferably in cash) for your unit.
Pros - easy check in process, comes with simple breakfast and bottled water, no cumbersome parking security. Disposable toothbrush, huge bath and hand towels are provided. Also provided floor mat. Beach front just a few steps away. Comfortable beddings and new furniture.
Cons - like all Forest City units, it can be quite inconvenient and inaccessible. The master bedroom shower water pressure is very weak but the common bathroom water pressure is super strong. There were no hooks/racks in the bathrooms to hang towels/clean clothes.

VVeneraTopForest City itself is beyond amazing! 🤩 However, the guest service at these apartments slightly dampened the experience. The apartments are spacious, equipped with everything you need, and offer fantastic views. We stayed for 8 days. We had a magnificent sea view from the 41st floor.
But the entry system on the door in the apartment was broken, probably a dead battery. The door kept making a sound as if someone was swiping a card to enter, which was particularly unpleasant at night. Additionally, the washing machine in the apartment wasn't working – perhaps the water supply to it was just turned off. And finally, the cleaning. No one cleaned the apartment for all 8 days. We requested cleaning several times in the chat over a few days, and they replied 'ok👌', but no one ever showed up. Only the day before we left, a maid woke us up, but we declined the cleaning as it was already time to check out.

The washing machine also wasn't working, but the host let us use the one in another room – big thanks to the host! There was no hairdryer initially, but the host brought one over later – another big thanks to the host!

LLioeThe location, amenities and apartment size and view was great. However, we did not get a daily cleaning as advertised and the first two days was a nightmare due to construction noise on the 43rd fl, apt was located on the 42nd, all day and all night until 10:30pm was a loud jack hammering noise, we told the owner he said that they have notified the police, he offered to move us to another apt on the 41st Fl but the noise was just as loud. It goes to show that the construction noise can be heard two floors down, finally on the 3rd the house was reduced to a toleraterated amount.
