"I could say every month i came to KL for business purposes, i will choose this hotel. The location is near to shopping mall, near to mamak restaurant and the price is affordable with what they had prepared to the guests. The receptionist is always kind and treat the guest nicely.. about the room, the floor is not really clean actually coz sometimes you can find the other people's hair on the bed and floor. Not sure why, but this time the floor in the room feels sticky. Overall, the hotel is fine for short stay coz the room is not soundproof.. you can hear people walking, people who are staying in the next room talking. If you are looking for a quiet place, then this place is not for you."

AAnonymous UserAfter an impressive and highly satisfactory stay at the Hyatt Centric Kota Kinabalu last time, I decided to book two nights at the Hyatt Centric Kuala Lumpur.
First off, the staff at the entrance, who helped with luggage and opened doors, were all very welcoming. What I liked most was that every staff member greeted us warmly, and the lemon water in the lobby was delicious, as were the candies.
However, the breakfast offered very little for Chinese guests; the only edible item was the dumplings. It was a far cry from the breakfast at Hyatt Centric Kota Kinabalu. Additionally, we were given a low-floor room. The Ctrip booking page stated floors 3-18, but we were only given the 4th floor. Being street-facing, the motorbikes at night were incredibly noisy, and the soundproofing was extremely poor – we could hear conversations, doors opening, and footsteps from next door very clearly. I didn't get to experience the pool, but the view was decent.

GGuest UserBooked a two-bedroom Twin Towers suite, and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent soundproofing of the executive apartment, along with service standards on par with a star-rated hotel. After looking into the group, I found out it's a well-established chain.
I accidentally left an item behind in the hotel. When I went back the same day to retrieve it, the concierge staff, especially AMIERAL, was incredibly helpful and patient in assisting me to find it. My sincere thanks to them!
Given its fantastic location and suitability for family and parent-child vacations, I'll definitely be returning to stay here in the future. I highly recommend it for families with children nearing adulthood or those with two children.
The view is absolutely stunning, offering an unobstructed panorama of both the Twin Towers, the tallest building, and the TV tower from a single suite.

AAnis91Great time here. One of my favourite places to stay for weekend staycation with my partner.The breakfast buffet is great with lots of food varieties. The staff is great. Notes that check in will have to wait as this hotel is quite busy on weekend. Maybe can Improve on the check in part as only one staff is on duty at first then as the queue is getting longer only then other staff help on the check in process. Can go to the mall for some shopping or just movies chilling with your partner.Overall all is good especially when my partner leg is injured and they offered me to use wheelchair for him.

LLvxingdeFeifiThe room was incredibly spacious, featuring a balcony, living room, and dining area. It was also fully equipped with a washing machine, induction hob, tableware, and a fridge. What surprised me most was that it even came with its own universal adapter! There's a dedicated Chinese-speaking concierge service who was very thoughtful and patient. The location is excellent, within two kilometers of the Petronas Towers and Merdeka Square, and there's a subway station very close by. Plus, it's connected to a shopping mall. Overall, it was a fantastic stay.

Beautiful and refreshing swimming pool on the 51st floor with a view of Petronas. Helpful management team, clean and spacious apartment. Close to many cafes and shops, and all attractions are within walking distance. Highly recommended for booking.

AAnonymous UserFirst of all, the hospitality of receptionist who served me during check in was very exceptional. Very polite and friendly, helpful in explaining every detail and showed me how to get to TRX (it's just 4-min walk). I got upgraded from standard room to duplex room at the sky terrace floor. The room was unique and floor space was maximised. Probably the 2 drawbacks were you have to go downstairs for toilet and aircond remote control was also downstairs. However, that could have compensated the smaller space for the standard room. Sahur was superb. There were only 2 choices - grilled chicken with pesto on toasted sourdough (i ordered this) and kacang pool, and it was made-to-order. So you need to wait a little but it was tasty. And the hotel rate is reasonable in my opinion given it is right in the city centre. Great hotel candidate if traveling solo or in couple, but perhaps too squeezed for family of 4/5.

GGuest UserThis is likely an apartment. There's a pool on the 9th floor, and another hotel on the ground floor. For check-in, you need to contact the manager via WhatsApp or email. Early check-in isn't possible; it starts at 3 PM. When it's time, the manager will come with a bunch of keys and process check-ins according to a list. A 100 MYR deposit is required, which is returned in cash upon check-out. The room is very clean and has an induction hob for cooking, complete with cutlery and plates. There are many dining options around the building. The MRT Green Line is about 500 meters away, which takes you to Kuala Lumpur's busiest areas like Lot 10 and Sungei Wang Plaza. Check-out time is flexible; just message the manager, and they'll come to your room to collect the keys.

Only area to improve are it need to pay the Rm200 deposit, to ensure the tenants not damaged or dirty the room. This Rm 200 to be refund after 7 days, which is not reasonable.
