GGuest UserWe really had a good time staying at the residence and the unit was very clean and equipped with all the ammenities and the check process very quite easy and not complicated at all..thanks to the property owner and the staff there, they guided us very well..as i've chatted with the property owner earlier he did sent all the brochures for check in process and the unit details , he was quite friendly aand very helpful throughout our staying period...really we're looking forward to stay again..last but not least the view from the balcony and room was very nice ..it definitely a worth and pleasant stay 🤩❤️🙏

GGuest UserOur stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. The hotel and the surrounding are stunning, the staff is super friendly and the facilities could not have been better. Upon our arrival, our rental car had a flat tyre and the staff was so helpful and fixed this for us immediately. As travellers from Europe this is an excellent service which is so helpful when you do not speak the local language to communicate with for instance the people at the garage. Additionally, we received a free upgrade of our hotel room from the lake villa to the garden villa, for two nights in a row. This villa with private pool and garden is stunning. All the caves and the surrounding facilities are so impressive and nature and luxury blends together perfectly. This is a must visit.

GGuest UserWe had a really nice and comfortable stay at H&W Onsen. The place is clean, cozy, and has a very relaxing vibe. The onsen was great — perfect for winding down after a long day. It’s also a good spot for families, with a calm atmosphere and friendly host - Weng who made us feel welcome. Overall, a lovely place to stay if you’re looking to relax and enjoy some quiet time together.
